"LATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT" is a truly exceptional example of the highly popular Sea Ray 480 Sedan Bridge that has been consistently cherished, maintained and upgraded throughout her life. Powered by the favored and meticulously maintained 635 HP Cummins QSM11M motors with only 779 hours this immaculate example shows almost "as new" inside and out to include her below deck engine room and lazarette. "Must Be Seen" is such an overused and often abused phrase but it is certainly accurate in the case of this wonderful yacht.
From day one this yacht has enjoyed consistent first class maintenance and enhancement. Just some of the items that have been address in the past year alone include:

The large aft cockpit offers tremendous space for lounging with additional room for folding chairs and her large cockpit table. One of her many upgrades onboard is the huge TNT swim platform that can be raised and lowered hydraulically with a remote control allowing rapid and carefree launching of a dinghy, jet ski or simply to create an onboard "beach" for shallow water lounging. (Removable dinghy chocks are included.) There is plenty of additional storage in her transom lazarette area as well as under the molded fiberglass steps leading to the flybridge.
Those molded steps lead to her roomy and well laid out helm with 360-degree visibility through her custom crystal-clear full bridge enclosure, brand new in 2025. A substantial fiberglass door at the flybridge floor entrance can be closed to completely isolate the bridge for safety and security, particularly when pets or children are onboard. When docking seasoned captains will be amazed by the almost unheard of ability to easily view her forward anchor pulpit as well as the corners of the swim platform from the helm without requiring the use of the on-board aft facing camera.
There is ample lounge seating forward of the helm in addition to a wet bar with sink, under-counter storage and a flybridge fridge/freezer. With the new enclosure in place the flybridge is fully climate-controlled with a dedicated central A/C and heating unit. A full suite of updated navigation electronics includes twin large Garmin touchscreens with an open array HD radar, a SIMRAD autopilot, digital displays for the Cummin's QSM's, the bow thruster, a (new in 2025) Standard Horizon VHF radio, controls for the high-end Fusion stereo and controls for her anchor windlass, remote spotlight etc.
Back down below the interior layout of the 480 Sedan Bridge offers her owners & guests all the comforts of home with a very inviting single-level layout from her aft cockpit, through the salon & galley areas, then only three steps down to the companionway that leads to the very comfortable three stateroom and two full head living areas. Entering from the aft cockpit, you come into a large open salon with ample lounge seating, loads of natural light, and warm cherry cabinetry finishes that then lead to a large galley to starboard, with a forward-facing dinette across to port.
Her galley is loaded with countertop space, large and cleverly engineered cabinets, plenty of storage and an individual large fridge and separate freezer with icemaker each with matching cherry veneer fronts. There is a bar countertop that houses custom bottle storage and additional cabinet storage areas. All upholstery is in excellent condition as are the carpets (that have been consistently protected with custom covers) headliner and cherry veneer throughout. In addition to the dedicated flybridge A/C and heat there are three zones of A/C and heat for climate control in all living areas with each of the four units offering a dehumidifying cycle.
Going forward from the salon and down a few steps are the three staterooms and two large head compartments, each with a separate roomy shower. To port is a VIP stateroom with a double bed and a full-length cedar-lined closet and to starboard you will find twin bunks and access to her built in washer/dryer combo. Both of these large staterooms feature plenty of storage options and a skylight in addition to ample lighting. Going fully forward is the spacious master stateroom and the large master head compartment with shower. There are televisions in both the master and VIP staterooms.
"Lattitude Adjustment" is currently in a fully transferable slip at the area's most popular marina with an on-site pool and a popular waterfront restaurant. Her coveted slip offers privacy as the dock is shared with only a single other yacht and includes unmetered electricity and excellent WiFi all at an excellent monthly rental charge well below the rate in most markets.
