Laurie Lu Yacht | 72' Princess 2025

“Laurie Lu” is a better-than-new Princess Y72 Motor Yacht that has been professionally maintained and is fully through her new-boat break-in period. With only 235 hours of use, she presents impeccably and is exceptionally well equipped and turn-key. Powered by twin 1,650 hp MAN V12 engines and featuring the proven Princess hull design, she cruises effortlessly at 25+ knots while providing a comfortable ride in a wide range of conditions.

With a four-stateroom layout, “Laurie Lu” offers luxurious accommodations for owners and guests, along with separate crew quarters for two featuring a private crew head and stall shower. The full-beam master stateroom is accessed via a private staircase from the salon, providing excellent privacy from the three guest staterooms located forward and accessed through a separate companionway.

The galley is located up and aft, with an opening bulkhead to the aft deck creating a wonderful flow for entertaining both indoors and out. The aft deck is protected by a full overhead and is perfectly suited for alfresco dining or cocktails. Stairways to port and starboard lead down to the hydraulic swim platform and provide access to the crew quarters.

Forward, the spacious bow lounge features a large built-in settee with table and sunpad. Adjustable backrests can be positioned facing aft for comfortable conversation or forward for relaxing in the sun. Wide side decks provide easy passage to the bow and make line handling on either side of the yacht effortless.

The flybridge is a true focal point of the Y72, with abundant built-in seating ranging from an aft sunpad to a wraparound settee with table to starboard. A grill and wet bar cabinet, along with additional refrigeration and an icemaker, make this an ideal space for entertaining. The helm features a captain’s chair and companion seating, while the entire area is protected by a hardtop with electrically operated tilting louvers. The louvers can be positioned at various angles to provide the perfect balance of sunlight and fresh air.
