The SR470 offers an open, bright modern interior design with a smart use of beautiful dark woods with light ceiling & walls soft-goods and upholstered furniture to create a sumptuous living environment. The salon of the SR470, like most sedan yachts combines the living area with a vessels main helm control station which creates a "great room" effect and provides plenty of living space for the captain and crew.

Owner's stateroom
The owner's stateroom is located midships and features an island bed, with nightstands, opening portlights, flat panel TV, carpeted flooring, hanging locker and drawer storage, air-conditioning and an ensuite head.
Owner's ensuite head
The owner's suite head is located in the port side of the owner's stateroom; the layout consists of a central wood vanity with solid surface countertop & a sperate water closet with the toilet and a stall shower aft and a hanging locker with drawer storage on the forward end.

VIP stateroom
The VIP stateroom features include a island queen bed with built-in storage drawers, upper storage cabinets that flank both sides of the bed, skylight with privacy/insect screens, four portlights with privacy blinds, dual hanging lockers
Guest/VIP head
Guest head and shower are separate comparts located port and starboard just aft of hte VIP stateroom. The head compartment houses a vanity and toilet with a large stall shower across in a separate compartment.

The galley and dining settee are located just forward and few steps down from the main salon. The galley area is open and bright as the salon windshield extends over the space. The large L-shaped galley is located to port and the settee to starboard. Features include the yachts AC/DC power distribution panels, upper and lower storage cabinets, LG flat panel TV, opening portlights with privacy blinds, a convertible dining settee, air-conditioning/heat. The guest head & shower are located just forward of the galley.

The helm station is located in the forward starboard side of the main salon. The helm console was designed to be low profile as not block visibility form the helmsperson and offers a double width captain/admiral's seat. The helm is equipped with quality vessel control and navigation gear.

Electrical power for the SR470 is provided via the Glendinning 250/125VAC Cablemaster system, the Onan MDKBM 11.5KW generator and the yachts 12/24VDC battery system. All power is managed through the vessels AC/DC power distribution panels and the main battery switches.
Propulsion power is provided by twin Cummins QSB6.7HOI diesel engines, coupled to ZF 105S transmission driving Zeus pods. The drivetrain has only 460 total hours.

Note: Moving between the fore and aft decks is made easy tanks to the wide side decks, the high side deck stainless-steel railing and the grab rails running along the side of the main salon deckhouse.
The cockpit is easy to access from the dock via a port side transom door. The cockpit is a fairly large space and features a Beverage center, BBQ grill and a large L-shaped settee with table.
"Live It Up" is a quality-built diesel-powered yacht with very low hours, held in a Tax-Paid LLC, with a great deck plan that makes it a fun family and entertaining vessel.
