MAGNOLIA BELLE Boat for Sale

Boarding MAGNOLIA BELLE is via the openings in the handrails for side entry, or the integrated swim platform, with a stairway leading to the enclosed aft deck with ample seating, a wet bar, and wing doors for easy side deck access. The well-equipped helm is forward on the aft deck.

Steps to port of the helm station lead to the interior cabin space below. The bright and spacious salon features comfortable seating, cherry wood cabinetry, and an entertainment center, seamlessly flowing into the fully equipped galley down to starboard.

The full-beam aft master stateroom has a queen-sized island berth, generous storage, and an en-suite shower, vanity, and separate water closet. The forward guest stateroom offers a double berth with one convertible queen bed and an additional twin with ensuite access to the forward head, with an enclosed shower stall.

Aft Deck/Helm:

The Sea Ray 390 has a climate controlled aft deck/helm area with a hard top and Isinglass windows, which can be opened to allow in fresh air. The full beam aft deck features comfortable seating, a table for alfresco dining, a carpeted sole, a wet bar and refrigerator, and clear wing doors that open to the side decks. The helm area is on the same level as the aft deck, allowing the skipper to interface with the crew and guests. MAGNOLIA BELLE is equipped with a SeaLift Manual Tender Lift, to facilitate the launching and retrieval of the tender. Headroom: 6'7".

Foredeck:

The foredeck on MAGNOLIA BELLE is accessed from the sidewalks on either side, through the clear wing-doors. The foredeck has fender racks, a spotlight, and lockers on either side of the bow pulpit. A removable cover on the windshield provides privacy. The bow also features a stainless steel Vulcan Rocna anchor, and an anchor windlass. A hatch in the deck leads into the forward stateroom.

Salon:

The salon on MAGNOLIA BELLE is a few steps down from the aft deck. The steps have a sliding door for privacy and safety. A curved Ultraleather settee is to port. A second curved Ultraleather settee is to starboard. A high-gloss wood table is in front of the settee to starboard with two stools that conveniently store beneath. Elegant blinds and valances enhance the space. The sole has neutral carpeting. The carpets were professionally cleaned recently, and the snap-on protective carpet covers convey with the vessel. A large flat screen TV is aft in the salon. A floor hatch provides easy access to the engine room. Headroom: 6'3".

Galley:

MAGNOLIA BELLE boasts a well-appointed galley forward of the salon, to starboard. There is a large counter between the salon and galley. The Corian countertop features a molded sink with covers and a single-handle faucet for easy use. There is an in-counter covered trash receptacle. Cooking amenities include a 2-burner electric cooktop range, along with a 120V microwave/convection oven. A Vitrifrigo 12V/120V upright refrigerator with freezer offers ample storage for provisions. Thoughtfully designed upper and lower cabinetry provides abundant storage, including designated spaces for plates and glasses, while extra storage under the steps ensures everything stays neatly organized. The sole is hardwood. The door across from the galley, to port, provides access to the guest/day head. Headroom: 6'5".

Master Stateroom:

The master stateroom on MAGNOLIA BELLE is a few steps down from the salon, to port. It features a queen size berth with storage beneath it. Storage is also available in the lighted hanging locker, drawers, cabinets with shelving, the built-in nightstand, and dresser tops. The sole is carpeted, and the beautiful high-gloss cherry wood is used as trim and for the doors and cabinetry in the stateroom. There is an access hatch behind the berth, with blinds. A flat screen TV is mounted across from the berth. Headroom: 6'7".

Master Head:

The split ensuite master head on MAGNOLIA BELLE is thoughtfully arranged, on the starboard side of the master stateroom. The vanity is positioned between the stall shower and water closet. It is equipped with a molded sink in the Corian countertop, a mirrored storage cabinet above, and additional storage below. There are 110V outlets for small personal appliances.

The fiberglass stall shower, with a shower curtain, integrated shower seat, opening portlight, a toiletries storage nook, and adjustable shower wand is situated forward of the vanity. Headroom: 6'4".

The separate water closet is aft of the vanity to starboard. It features a Vacuflush head, a magazine rack, a mirror, and a storage cabinet. Headroom: 6'3".

Guest Stateroom:

The guest stateroom on MAGNOLIA BELLE is forward of the galley. It features two twin beds, one that pulls out to a queen for additional sleeping space, and one that doubles as a settee, providing versatile arrangements for guests. A full-length lighted hanging locker to port offers ample storage. Additionally, a built-in nightstand and extra storage cabinets ensure that all your belongings are neatly organized. A flat screen TV is mounted across from the berth. There is a wall-mounted mirror, a carpeted sole, and a ceiling hatch leading to the foredeck. Headroom: 6'9".

Guest/Day Head:

The guest/day head on MAGNOLIA BELLE is accessible through doors from either the galley or the forward stateroom. This space features a Vacuflush head. The stall shower has a circular acrylic door, an integrated shower seat, an adjustable shower wand, and an opening portlight. The vanity sink with a single-lever faucet is integrated into the Corian countertop. Storage is available in the mirrored medicine cabinet and a vanity cabinet. Headroom: 6'3".
