Magnolia Belle can be boarded by using either the gate in gunnel handrails on the port or starboard side, or via the integrated swim platform with a starboard side stairway leading to the enclosed aft deck.  The aft deck living space includes ample seating, table, wet bar w/new refrigerator, and wing doors on either side for easy access to the foredeck.  The well-equipped helm station is forward of the wet bar on the starboard side of the boat.  

Steps to port of the helm station lead to the interior cabin space below.  The bright and spacious salon features comfortable seating, cherry wood cabinetry, and an entertainment center, seamlessly flowing into the well equipped galley down to starboard.  

The full-beam master stateroom is located aft of the salon and features a queen-sized island berth, generous storage, and an ensuite shower, vanity, and separate water closet with an electric marine toilet.  The forward guest stateroom is located just forward of the galley and offers a double berth with one convertible queen bed, an additional twin bed/setee, and ensuite access to the guest/day head with an enclosed shower stall and electric marine toilet.    

Aft deck/helm station:

This Sea Ray 390 has a climate controlled aft deck/helm area with a hard top and 6 feet 7 inches of headroom.  New canvas and Isinglass windows, which can be opened to allow in fresh air, were installed in 2023.  The full beam aft deck features comfortable seating, a table for alfresco dining, a carpeted sole, a wet bar with new refrigerator, and clear wing doors that open to the side decks.  The helm area is on the same level as the aft deck allowing the skipper to interface with crew and guests.  Magnolia Belle is equipped with a large swim platform with built-in boarding ladder, a Sea Lift manual tender lift with outboard motor bracket, and freshwater shower to rinse off after a swim.  The 2022 10ft. Highfield aluminum RIB features new seats, steering, engine controls, step-pad, storage cover, and 2024 Tohatsu 20hp 4-stroke electric start outboard motor w/trim & tilt.  

Foredeck:

The foredeck on Magnolia Belle is accessed from the walkways on either side of the boat forward of the wing doors at the aft cockpit. Stainless steel stanchions and lifelines provide stay-aboard security and convenient handholds and have boarding gates on each side. The foredeck has fender racks, remote control spotlight, and stowage lockers on either side of the pulpit.  The bow area features an electric anchor windlass with foot switch controls and a 44 lb. stainless steel Rocna Vulcan anchor attached to 300 ft. of galvanized chain rode.  A hatch in the foredeck provides access to/from the forward stateroom.  Removable covers on the windshield provide privacy and UV protection.           

This boat is powered by twin 6-cylinder Cummins 6CTA-8.3 engines at 480 rated horsepower each.  She cruises comfortably at 8 to 10 knots and can turn about 19 knots at full throttle. The owner reports approximately 1900 hours on the engines and the Onan genset meter reads 2797 hours.  The engines are equipped with Cummins Airseps and Racor fuel filters.  The insulated engine room is protected by a SeaFire Halon fire extinguisher system with current inspection.  This space is also equipped with a surveillance camera with cell phone connectivity for remote monitoring.  

Service and maintenance records are available, as well as all owner/operators manuals for onboard equipment.  

Salon:

The salon on Magnolia Belle is down a few steps forward of the aft deck/helm station area. The steps have a sliding door for privacy and security, as well as courtesy lights for visibility.  A curved Ultraleather sette is to port and a second curved Ultraleather settee is located to starboard.  A movable high-gloss wood coffee table is to starboard with two space-saving stools that conveniently tuck-up under the table. Elegant blinds and valances enhance the space.  The sole has neutral carpeting and a floor hatch, hidden under the coffee table, provides easy access to the engine room.  A large flat screen television is located on the aft bulkhead.  Headroom is 6'3".

Galley:

Magnolia Belle boasts a well-appointed galley down a few steps and forward of the salon to starboard.  There is a large counter between the salon and the galley.  Corian countertops feature a molded sink with covers and a single-handle faucet for easy use.  There is an in-counter covered trash receptacle.  Cooking amenities include a two-burner electric cooktop along with a 120V microwave/convection oven. A Vitrifrigo 12/120V upright refrigerator with freezer offers ample storage for provisions.  Thoughtfully designed upper and lower cabinetry provides abundant storage including designated spaces for plates and glasses while extra storage under the steps ensures that everything stays neatly organized.  The sole is hardwood.  The door across from the galley to port provides access to the guest/day head. Headroom in the galley is 6'5".    

Master Stateroom:

The master stateroom on Magnolia Belle is a few steps down and aft of the salon on the port side.  It features a queen-size berth with storage beneath.  Storage is also available in the lighted hanging lockers, drawers, cabinets with shelving, the built-in nightstand, and dresser tops.  The sole is carpeted and the beautiful high-gloss cherry wood is used throughout the stateroom.  Blinds and valances decorate the window ports and a flat screen television is mounted on the bulkhead forward of the berth.  Headroom is 6'7".  

Master Head:

The split ensuite master head on Magnolia Belle is thoughtfully arranged on the starboard side of the stateroom.  The vanity is positioned between the stall shower and water closet.  A Corian countertop features a molded sink with faucet and there is a mirrored storage cabinet above with additional storage below the sink.  There are 110V outlets for small personal appliances. 

The fiberglass stall shower has a shower curtain, integrated seat, opening portlight, toiletries storage nook, and adjustable shower wand. Headroom is 6'4".  

There is a separate water closet aft of the vanity.  The WC features electric Vacuflush toilet, magazine rack, mirror, and storage cabinet. Headroom is 6'3".

Guest Stateroom:

The guest stateroom is forward of the galley.  It features two beds; one that pulls out to a queen size for additional sleeping space and one that doubles as a settee, providing versatile arrangements for guests.  A full-length lighted hanging locker to port offers ample storage. Additionally, a built-in nightstand and extra storage cabinets ensure that all of your belongings are neatly organized.  There is a wall-mounted mirror, a carpeted sole, and a ceiling hatch leading to the foredeck.  A flat screen television is mounted on the starboard side of the cabin. 

Guest/Day Head:

The guest/day head is accessible through doors from either the galley or the guest stateroom.  The space features an electric Vacuflush toilet, stall shower with circular acrylic door, an integrated shower seat, adjustable shower wand, and opening portlight.  The vanity sink with a single-lever faucet is integrated into the Corian countertop.  Storage is available in the mirrored medicine cabinet and a vanity cabinet.  Headroom is 6'3".
