Powered by twin Cummins 6BTA engines with 1700 +/- hours, she cruises nicely at 20 mph at 2400 RPM at one mile per gallon.  Economy speed is 10 mph, which translates to around two and a half miles per gallon.  She’s equipped with extra (4) Bennett trim tabs and jump’s up on plane easily.    Speed capabilities are appreciated to outrun storms and to make long crossings much shorter.  The Cummins 6BTA is one of the most manufactured engines in the world. Filters, hoses, and engine parts can be sourced at most any auto parts store.
