Generators, heating, and A/C are features not typically found on vessels of this size. She's equipped with all of these features and a dinghy with a Torqeedo electric motor.

The Regal 28 Express is a spacious cruiser offering versatility and flexibility for boaters. The interior features a galley to starboard with a microwave, sink, and Corian countertop, and a head compartment with standing headroom opposite.

Forward is a convertible dinette/V-berth, and a queen berth is aft in the midcabin area.

Triangular hullside windows add character to the cabin space. In the cockpit, the aft sun pad lies flat for sunning or converts to a chaise.
