The Island Packet 440 is one of the most respected bluewater cruisers of her era, a Bob Johnson design built around the exclusive Full Foil Keel for moderate draft, excellent tracking and real offshore capability. Her cutter rig, protected rudder and solid hand-laid fiberglass construction have made her a favorite among serious cruising sailors.

North Range is a standout example. Only 1,451 hours on the engine and 183 on the generator, backed by a thorough and fully documented recent service program covering the engine, generator, charging system and running gear. The interior is spotless throughout, with no rot, no mildew and no odors anywhere aboard.

She carries real systems for easy and extended cruising: bowthruster, genset, watermaker, a new Victron charging system, hydronic diesel heating with multiple independently controlled zones that can also supply domestic hot water and a full spares inventory with manuals for everything aboard.

Currently lying in Deep Bay, BC with assumable moorage.
