Osea3 is a normal 3 cabin layout with the master forward and two cabins aft. Two heads are in the layout with one in the master and a day head to stbd of the companionway. The galley is port side forward of the nav station. The dinette is stbd with a wrap around settee that easily seats 6 for dinner. All of the interior is well maintained and very traditional accented by new cushions in the salon. During the recent upgrades the salon flooring was also replaced.
The interior temperature is maintained by 2 110V A/C units - one forward for the master and the salon, and one aft for the two aft cabins.
The galley is along the port side with a two burner propane Force 10 stove and oven. A large 12V fridge with small freezer compartment. And a large double stainless steel sink with hot and cold water. Again very well maintained and functional.
The diesel engine is a Yanmar 40 hp recently being serviced and upgraded including a new exhaust manifold. It is a straight shaft drive with a new shaft with new stuffing box and new 3 blade prop. Coming originally for a charter operation the engine hours are estimated at about 5000.
The electric system is based on a 110V power with 2 30A cords. And 5 new AGM 12 batteries were installed in 2020. There are solar panels to mount over the bimini that have been removed for the new bimini install. And there is a smaller solar trickle charger for the engine start battery.
The navigation and electronics were completely renewed with a B&G suite of units with some warranty still in effect. This included:
The stereo system includes a Fusion MS radio CD with JL Audio speakers inside and in the cockpit.
Mast was rerigged with all new stays and shrouds. Sails were replaced in 2020 including a new Code 0.
The mainsail is full battened and has a new lazy bag and jacks. The genoa is 120% on a roller furler.
And finally the ground tackle includes a stainless plow anchor with an oversized chain/rope rode on an electric Quick windlass. There is also a spare Danforth anchor.
The bimini and dodger were just replaced along with new cushions in the cockpit.
