PAMINA a very unique opportunity. Often, when you're reading listings, you need to try and determine the real, true condition of the vessel you're considering. Due to limited information, you build a picture in your mind of how the yacht was used, how much the owner invested in maintaining it, and whether or not it ultimately should be of consideration.
Please understand, this OUTER REEF named "PAMINA" is truly turn-key, and has been lovingly cared for with no expense spared. In fact, we will guarantee you will find the condition beyond compare to that of similar vessels of this vintage. How, you may ask? By offering to reimburse you for your travel expenses if you come to visit the yacht, and you find she's is not in superior condition. There's is no wasting time here, simply a guarantee you will want to pursue this Outer Reef formally if you step aboard.
PAMINA has a full-time crew couple who look after her and maintain her to the highest standards year-round. One may ask, "why two full time crew?" Are they required to operate a vessel like this--when (supposedly)" most yachts this size can be maintained and operated by an "owner operator". The answer is simple: this owner has owned many famous yachts up to 114 feet in the past 50 years, so he understands that having a full time, dedicated crew is vital to ensuring that all systems are fully operational and in excellent working order at all times. As a result, he has been happy to invest the money to pay professionals to stay on top of everything from bow to stern, port to starboard, inside and out, guaranteeing that when he steps aboard with his family, everything is in working order. All they have to do is set the destination and go!
If you're a serious, qualified buyer for a vessel in this size, quality, and price range, and don't wish to endure the unknown fixes so often experienced with other previously owned yachts, then look no further. Come inspect PAMINA and delight in the impeccable condition of what you will discover. You can literally be underway cruising anywhere on this yacht -- immediately after your survey inspections with nothing to fix! Don't wait, this is one of those special ones: where the first "real" buyer to study this yacht will most certainly buy her!

PAMINA is a stable, reliable, and luxurious 4-cabin motor yacht with over 1,500 nautical miles of very fuel-efficient cruising range. Continuously maintained by a professional, highly experienced, live-aboard crew couple, she underwent a comprehensive exterior and interior refit in 2021-23, and since then has received ongoing maintenance service and extensive upgrades. She’s now In near-new, state-of-the-art cosmetic and technical condition.
As of July 1, 2026, she has had 3,160 hours on each of her twin Caterpillar C-9 main diesel engines, and 4,160 hours on each of her twin Northern Lights diesel 20K generators. All recommended major engineering service (including replacement of Cat main aftercoolers) is up-to-date).
PAMINA’s four-cabin layout, including a Pullman-style upper fold-up single berth in the Port guest cabin, provides luxurious accommodations for up to nine tall adults, whether coastal cruising or for extended periods at sea. The “crew cabin” aft of the engine room is furnished to the same luxurious, teak-paneled standard as the three guest cabins forward, thus can readily serve as a fourth guest cabin when operating without crew.
PAMINA features extensive, gracious, and comfortable exterior and interior lounging and entertainment areas.
The main deck has a large dining table on the open aft deck with seating for six, and a large area at the bow where two chaises longues can be placed.
Inside the yacht, the salon on the main deck offers seating for seven at a high/low cocktail/dining table, and seating for four at another dining table in the pilot house forward.
The upper (or “boat”) deck offers a large dining/sitting area within the air-conditioned flybridge enclosure, seating six guests; and a very large open area with loose informal seating aft.
Storage aboard PAMINA has been optimized throughout the exterior and interior. For a yacht her size, PAMINA provides outstanding accommodations for extended, luxurious cruising or live-aboard use. Based on PAMINA’s storage, and refrigeration/ freezer capacity, and her high-output water maker, up to six (or optionally, seven) guests and two crew (i.e., a total of eight or nine adults) can be routinely supported aboard for cruises of up to two weeks from provisions carried aboard.
PAMINA’s latest-technology entertainment system (new in 2021, based on the yacht’s onboard storage server) provides direct onboard access to 560+ feature movies: famous classics, recent action films, and many films for children; 75+ seasons of famous TV series (such as a complete run of “The West Wing”); and a vast repertoire of classical, jazz, rock, pop, and ethnic music – without resorting to complex and expensive “streaming” or satellite-based downloads. These files currently only use ~ one quarter of the onboard system’s storage capacity – so there’s plenty of capacity left to store hundreds of hours of additional, permanently on-board entertainment.
Any guest’s phone- or computer-based collection of music, films, or videos can be directly linked anywhere aboard to the yacht’s entertainment systems. PAMINA can also receive Satellite TV and regular radio AM and FM broadcasts when in range.
PAMINA’s latest-technology telecommunications systems (new in 2021-22, and upgraded in 2025) provide efficient, backed-up access to global phone and internet networks. Her hardware and software can access and boost reception from local telephone and internet networks efficiently and cost-effectively wherever such networks are available – in most urban areas worldwide, including at many marinas and yacht clubs, and other shore stations.
Away from land-based networks (i.e., anywhere at sea), PAMINA accesses internet service directly via Space X “Star-Link” Satellite service (upgraded to the latest antenna and software, mid-2025). As a back-up if needed, PAMINA’s KVH satellite receiver can also provide internet reception virtually everywhere on earth. An internal network distributes internet access everywhere aboard the yacht .
PAMINA’s electrical system includes six large 360-watt LG sonar panels on the yacht’s roof, eight 8-D house-bank AGM batteries providing 1,960 ampere-hours of house battery capacity, and a state-of-the-art, real-time Victron battery-monitoring system. This solar- panel-based capacity significantly reduces dependence on the yacht’s generators, drastically reducing generator hours, fuel burn, and generator maintenance costs.
Thanks to its (no-longer-made) Charles transformer, the yacht’s electrical plant can connect efficiently to any available shore power system virtually worldwide -- in any standard voltage, amperage, or cycle configuration.
PAMINA has TRAC hydraulics: twin stabilizers with over-dimensioned 9-foot fins, and 35 HP bow and stern thrusters that provide a smooth ride and efficient maneuvering.
PAMINA has a 1,700-pound lift-capacity hydraulic crane on her large upper boat deck, and a “Freedom Lift” 800-pound capacity hydraulic lift aft of the swim platform. So, she can easily carry two large support boats simultaneously, such as a small sailboat, or other water-toys.
PAMINA has a Glendinning remote control engine operating system, new in 2022, linked to the main Cat engines, gears, and both bow and stern thrusters, which enables the yacht to be operated remotely from a simple control pad -- from anywhere aboard. This technology greatly simplifies short-handed crew operations, especially when docking and maneuvering in close quarters.
PAMINA’s 2017 AB 16’ aluminum-hull RIB tender was thoroughly refurbished in 2025. With a low-hours 2019 Yamaha 40 hp 4-stroke outboard, this large tender carries up to 10 adults, and/or extensive freight. The tender offers a particularly dry ride thanks to her length and 21”-diameter tubes. The 16’ LOA tender and outboard together only weigh 725 pounds, thanks to its aluminum central hull, and can be carried on either the boat deck or the yacht’s Freedom Lift aft of the swim platform.
WALKTHROUGH
PAMINA is easily boarded at either side of her wide aft swim platform, or from four Port and Starboard side gates, located at the aft deck and the pilothouse forward.
High bulwarks provide safety at the bow area, as do full exterior walk-around side decks with cabin-top overhangs.
The side decks provide sheltered open passageways on both sides of the yacht from the bow to the aft deck.
PAMINA’s open, covered aft deck features a varnished teak dining table that seats six, a bar fridge and sink, and ample storage, all in enclosed cabinets. Port/Starboard steps lead down to the swim platform, and (via a watertight transom door) to the crew area and engine room. A staircase on the Starboard side of the main deck leads up to the upper (boat) deck.
PAMINA’s interior was cosmetically refurbished throughout in 2021-22, and ongoing improvements of the furnishings have continued since. Interior features on the main and lower accommodations deck include: satin-finish teak paneling, cabinetry, and floors; marble and granite stone counter tops; white vinyl overheads with recessed LED lighting, varnished teak beams; and luxury outdoor-fabric soft goods in neutral tones.
PAMINA’s main deck salon, galley, and pilothouse, and her staircases have teak-and-holly floors. The guest cabins on the accommodations deck below are carpeted with luxurious Fabrica “Powerpoint” cream-colored 100% nylon broadloom carpet with “Tredmore” under-pad (all new, 2021).
PAMINA’s interior is air conditioned and heated throughout and has over-specified chilling capacity. This includes Strong AC, also available in the top-deck flybridge area, fitted in 2020 with a custom, clear plastic “EZ2C” (aka “Eisenglass”) enclosure that provides 360-degree visibility, and which can also be fully opened for fresh air exposure.
Access to the large and airy main deck salon is via either a large safety-glass sliding door on the aft deck, or from the helm area forward. The salon includes a large L-shaped sofa and high-gloss-varnished teak dining table for up to eight, the yacht’s main entertainment systems, and twin swivel armchairs.
At the forward end of the salon and up two steps, the open galley is to Port, with a comprehensive suite of Bosch (new 2024) and GE appliances; extensive storage for kitchenware, dry goods, and beverages; and a granite-topped open pass-through to the salon dining area.
A very convenient day head, with marble floor and vanity, is to Starboard near the galley.
Forward of the salon and the galley is the main pilothouse/helm. This area includes a raised settee (newly upholstered in new Sunbrella and with new fillers cushions, summer 2025) and high-gloss varnished teak dining table for four; a comprehensive suite of electrical and electronic monitoring and control panels, varied engine and mecianical controls, and navigtion instruments; a varnished teak steering wheel; a black leather Stidd helm seat; and Port and Starboard watertight doors leading to the side decks. The forward helm area is also pre-cabled for a 28” (or similar) flat-screen TV.
At the forward Starboard corner of the pilothouse, a staircase with a teak handrail and treads leads down to the three luxurious staterooms forward on the yacht’s lower deck: a full-beam midships owner’s cabin with a king-sized berth, a VIP cabin forward with a queen-sized berth, and a Port-side guest cabin with a fixed queen-sized lower berth and a fold-up single upper berth.
The three forward cabins on the lower deck all feature luxurious ensuite heads with glass-enclosed stall showers; individually controlled air conditioning/heating units; and access to the yacht’s on-board electronic library of movies, TV shows, and music.
A set of Bosch front-loading clothes washer and vented dryer (separate machines, washer new in 2025) are stacked in a closet at the lower foyer, directly adjacent to the three cabins.
Back up on the main deck, at the aft Starboard corner of the pilothouse, a stairway with teak treads and handrail leads up from the pilothouse to the flybridge/boat deck above.
The upper-deck flybridge features a heavy-duty, clear polycarbon “EZ2C” enclosure (aka “Eisenglass,” new 2020), with air conditioning and heating, which can also be opened to provide open-air ventilation. The flybridge enclosure has a stand-alone helm station with full controls and instrumentation, mirroring essentially duplicating the equipment at the main helm in the pilothouse. The flybridge is also pre-cabled to receive a 28” (or similar) flat-screen TV.
Aft of the upper helm, but still inside the air-conditioned flybridge enclosure, are two large L-shaped corner settees (with storage underneath), Port and Starboard; and twin triangular fiberglass dining tables, each seating three.
Aft of these enclosed flybridge features is the large open “boat deck,” measuring 23‘ 9” X 13‘ 0” overall. When the support boat(s) stored here and their cradles are removed, the boat deck offers a very large, completely open area for entertaining, lounging, or an exercise area. The boat deck can be entirely shaded by an easily deployed sun awning.
Directly aft of this seating/dining area, At the forward end of the open boat deck, to Starboard are a large propane gas-fired grille with storage beneath for gas bottles, and a small sink. To Port is a bar fridge, and a supplementary 11-cubic foot, top-loading, 110 Volt AC, food storage freezer (new 2021).
Near the aft end of the boat deck, to Starboard, a large, tinted plexiglass hatch opens over a teak-stepped stairway, leading back down to the aft main deck.
At the aft end of the boat deck, a hydraulic, rotating/extending hydraulic crane with 1,700-pound lift capacity hoists tenders and other support vessels and freight.
PAMINA’s 2017 AB 16’ ALX RIB tender was fully refurbhised in 2025. with The tender has a 2019 Yamaha 40 HP 4-
stroke outboard engine, powerful enough to support water-skiing, thanks to the very light total boat and engine weight of 725 pounds). The tender carries up to 10 adults and/or substantial provisions and freight, and rests aboard either the hydraulic “Freedom Lift” cradle at the swim platform, or on two easily-removed cradles on the boat deck.
At the aft Starboard corner of the main-deck salon, an internal teak staircase leads down to the lower-deck crew cabin and technical area. The crew’s quarters are finished in teak veneers to the same high standard as the three forward guest cabins, and include a double-berth cabin to Port, a full ensuite with enclosed glass shower stall, a kitchenette with microwave, and a utility/storage area – all air conditioned with local temp control. When not in use by crew, this aft area provides a convenient private fourth cabin for guests. The crew area aft also includes technical work and storage area, a kitchenette , a supplementary, 11 cubic foot, 110 Volt AC refrigerator (new in 2022), all aft of the engine room.
The engine room is between the owner’s cabin forward and the crew area aft, and can be accessed from either forward or aft through water-tight doors. Two cameras (one at each end of the engine room) provide constant, safe surveillance and monitoring of the yacht’s engine room machinery from either helm station or the owner’s cabin while under way.
Limited Use Since 2022, Ongoing Maintenance,
and Continuous Improvement
In 2021-2, during at the height of the Covid Pandemic, PAMINA’s use by her prior owners was severely limited due to prevailing health and mobility restrictions. Under current ownership and professional crew care since her comprehensive refit in 2022-23, the yacht has only been lightly used in Antigua during the winter months. She has passed summer months mainly moored at Newport RI, near where routine maintenance service and ongoing enhancements are performed. She travels from Newport RI to Antigua for the Winter season via SevenStar Yacht Transport, which in part explains her relatively low engine and generator hours.
