Stock factory two stateroom layout with port and starboard side deck entry doors. the galley is forward, the helm is forward to starboard and an L- shaped settee is aft to starboard with folding dining table. The forward state room consists of a V berth, hanging locker and a private head/shower/sink. The aft stateroom has a single berth to port, and a double berth to starboard with storage drawers below each berth and desk. The private head with separate shower stall and sink is forward to starboard and hanging lockers are forward to port.
All teak decking was removed and re-fiber glassed, and gel coated then coated with Kiwi Grip non-skid. In 2011 the bottom was peeled and allowed to dry out for 1 year. In 2012 using West System Epoxy, a 170z. double bias cloth on 45 degrees with .75 ox. Mat glass sewed to it was applied. To date not one blister or blemish has been found. All thru hulls were replaced with Marelon thru hulls and sea cocks and all sea strainer were replaced with Vetus sea strainers.
A well-insulated freezer was built and installed on the boat as well as a chart desk/radio station to contain the Icom IC7000 with AH-4 Icom automatic tuner. APCTII USB Bluetooth Pactor 3 modem was installed to facilitate using the radio for email send/receive.
Refrigeration consists of Sea Frost 12volt BDXP air and /or water-cooled compressors, 1 holdover plate in refrigerator and 2 hold over plates in the freezer, both controlled by independent electronic thermostats. A spare pump and compressor controller are included in the spares.
A Multi-Plus II Victron inverter/charger was installed in 2024. A Northern Lights genset provides 120 volts. 3 8D Lifeline batteries with a Lifeline 4D start battery were installed 3/19. There is a custom dinghy davit/solar panel mount with 2 150-watt solar panels with a Victron solar charge controller and works very efficiently supplying all the 12-volt power needed for the refrigerator, freezer, pumps and batteries and lights.Deck shades and new sail cover was added 9/18. New vented snap-on window covers and Sunbrella transom covert - replaced 8/19. New Sunbrella Bimini top installed 11/23. All teak rails have Sunbrella coverts to protect brightwork.
Furuno 10.4 color NavNet chart plotter/radar displays installed at the helm and bridge. New 4KW 48 Mile open array radar. 2 Garmin chart plotters.
Maxwell 1500 vertical windlass with approx. 275' of Acco 5/16 G43 high test chain.Main anchor - 60 ls. QRC w/ a Delta 44 lb. Anchor as a secondary hook with chain/nylon rode. Windlass controls at the windlass itself and a helm and fly bridge. Wash down spigot located at eh anchor pulpit.
110 volt Pro 500 Watermaker installed 1/09. The system was pickled several years ago and will require a replacement membrane. Produces 500-600 gallons per 24 hours
All Sanitation hoses (3/24) and Y valves with all fittings were replaced with a new macerator pump (1/10).
Dual switchable Racor filters with pressure gauge are located by the starboard tank to service the main engine. A single Racor filter with pressure gauge is mounted b port tank to service the generator. The engine or the Genset can be run off of either tanks or both.
3 A/C units located in V-Berth, Master Stateroom and Salon All run on a common March raw water A/C pump. The boat has 2 identical March pumps plumbed inline enabling the system to be switched to the alternate pump in cads of a n A/C pump failure, by flipping a switch and changing 2 valves.
