“Raindance” is a fine and hard to find example of this quality yacht offering an impressive list of features and equipment, several custom made additions by her knowledgeable owner, outstanding care and maintenance and properly powered by twin 315HP Caterpillar 3116 Diesels with underwater exhaust enabling the vessel to cruise comfortably at 2200 RPM doing16 knots burning 11 GPH or 1.24 MPG, top end is 2800 rpms at 22 knots.

….."Three things about the 36 immediately stand out. Firstly, there’s the significant extra privacy provided by having the two sleeping cabins at opposite ends of the boat. And the views from the saloon are very clearly an advantage that trawler yachts have over other breeds of powerboat, and something that enhances safety as well as appreciation of the scenery. Finally, every aspect of the deck’s operation is good: effortless boarding, safety and security, and ease and Speed of movement around the boat. Major plus points include the well-behaved handling, the high-volume engine room, and the amazingly heavy construction. But there’s also a string of smaller details designed to make life easier on board: the easy access drawers under the seats and berths for instance, and the labelling on all the plumbing....."
Accommodations
"Raindance" has sleeping for six, 2 in the Aft Master Stateroom on an island double, 2 at the Convertible Dinette in the Salon, and 2 in the forward berth. There are 2 full Heads, a mid-ship Galley and Salon with large dinette with seating on both the port and starboard sides. There are side deck entrance doors on both port and starboard. There are two steps on both side decks up to the truck cabin top, then on up to the Flybridge. The Flybridge easily seats eight with seating on both sides of a table and at the helm and the Stidd pedestal chairs were added in 2012. There is an aft deck with a NEW 2016 Bimini, aft of the truck cabin is a cockpit with molded in swing down steps to the swim platform.
Main Salon:
Her main salon is quite spacious and open with the lower helm to starboard with a double helm seat and pilot door to the deck. There is a large L-shaped dinette aft, and galley to port.

The Large Galley is up at Salon level to port with plenty of counter space and drawers and cabinet space. The Refrigerator with separate Freezer is forward of the galley counter.
