This 2003 31 Cabo Express Boat - "Ramble On", with Custom Tower is powered by the preferred and CAT 3126 (385 HP) diesel engine upgrade, this 31 Cabo has been rigged for west coast style tournament fishing and coastal cruising. New electronic package in 2021. Known for exception build quality, the Cabo 31 Express is a premium offshore express whose precise handling, exceptional range, and superb engineering set her apart from just about every boat in her class. Heavily built on a V hull, the wide 12'5" beam gives the Cabo 31 the cockpit and interior space of a much larger boat. Standard features include an integral bow pulpit, tackle center, transom livewell, in-deck insulated fish box, cockpit rod storage, fresh/raw-water washdowns, diesel generator, gunnel rod holders, transom door with gate, power windshield vent, cockpit bolsters, cockpit rod storage, trim tabs, cockpit flood lights and lots more. The entire helm deck lifts hydraulically for engine access. Below, the Cabo’s well appointed interior sleeps four and includes teak cabinets, teakand-holly flooring, full-service galley with Corian counter, standup head with separate stall shower and dinette that converts to a bunks for sleeping two.
