This 2004 Cabo 31 Express Flybridge is a completely turnkey fishing machine — every system works, and the boat has been meticulously maintained and regularly updated. 

Both twin Caterpillar 3126 385 HP diesels (1,800 total hours) were hauled and completely overhauled in 2025, with only 100 hours logged since. The overhaul included machined and sleeved blocks, new pistons and rings, all-new injectors, and replacement of every attached component — fuel coolers, hoses, belts, O-rings, seals, and engine mounts — using genuine Cat parts sourced through a CAT dealer, with receipts available. 

Both cylinder heads were machined, turbos rebuilt, heat exchangers descaled, and new CAT aftercoolers installed on both engines. 

Maintenance records are available for review upon request.

Engines & Mechanical

● Blue Seas P12 40-Amp battery charger with remote, 2022 

● Westerbeke 5kW generator, 1,196 hours, regularly maintained. In 2022, preventative maintenance included a new starter, raw water pump, heat exchanger, shutoff solenoid, glow plugs, lift pump, hoses, belt, thermostats, and temperature sensors. 

All fuel injectors were rebuilt by the dealer in 2024. In 2025, the heat exchanger was descaled and the oil sending units and oil pressure switches were replaced. Most recently, new capacitors and wiring harness were installed in 2026.
