The MJM 34z is a classic that delivers a dry, responsive, and sporty ride—without sacrificing comfort. Designed by Doug Zurn and built by Boston BoatWorks, this elegant pocket cruiser was the vision of Bob Johnstone, co-founder of J Boats, and his wife Mary. Their goal: to create a fast, fuel-efficient, and stylish Downeast cruiser with the quality and handling serious boaters appreciate.

The pilothouse offers comfortable seating for six and can be fully opened on all sides, thanks to roll-up side and aft enclosures and opening front windows. The result is an open, breezy space perfect for enjoying the outdoors while staying protected from the elements.
