"Rye Knot" is a very tidy and well equipped popular Beneteau 43 "owner layout" with 2 cabin and 2 heads. Hull is constructed of hand-laid solid GRP bonded to a structural grid/hull liner of directional fiberglass / GRP for a strong stiff, light composite. Vinylester hull barrier coat to resist osmotic blistering. Hull to deck joint - Inward flange.
Deck construction of cored GRP sandwich construction for stiffness, themal and acoustic insulation for lighter weight. Solid fiberglass reinforcment in load areas. Integral unidirectional GRP deck beams for added strength. Main bulkheads bonded 360* to the hull and deck for rigid torsional and compression strength.
