The Hunter 420 was one of their most popular designs (and reportedly one of the best selling center cockpits sailboats EVER) and with two spacious staterooms, an ENORMOUS salon, a very functional galley area and two full heads both with VacuFlush toilets it's easy to see why! And the fun continues top sides as well with a roomy cockpit with seating for eight (and a "back porch" aft of that with room for at least another four!), both sails are furling with all lines lead aft for easy short-handed sailing, and there are a plethora of hatches, ports and skylights bringing plenty of light and air down below.
This particular low time example shows very nicely and is VERY competitively priced--she's one of the best priced 420s on the entire market. Also, note she's lying in one of the best slips in the marina here and will make an ideal downtown Sausalito pied-a-terre, all in all a great turn-key package just in time for spring...
