August 13, 2025 – New Fisher Panda Diesel Generator

A Fisher Panda 8 kW / 120V diesel generator was installed with remote panel, remote harness, reservoir tank, sound shield and dedicated generator fuel tank. The work included removal of the previous gasoline generator and installation of the new diesel system. The documented invoice totaled approximately $23,184. 

March 30, 2026 – Mechanical Service Estimate
