Scout Boat | 38' Catalina 2004

This 2004 Catalina 387 is fully equipped for off-grid living. The owners have just returned from months in the Bahamas where she has been for the last 10 winter seasons. She is on the hard for the summer season and easy to show. Owners will entertain offers.

Welcome aboard SCOUT, a well-equipped Catalina 387 thoughtfully designed for those who love the cruising lifestyle. With her efficient solar, wind generator and water-maker setup, she will never have to hook up to shore power. Carefully maintained by these owners and previous owners, she has navigated the waters of Florida, the Bahamas, and the Chesapeake Bay, proving herself a reliable and capable vessel.

The spacious cockpit offers comfortable seating and easy access to all controls, making every sailing experience enjoyable, whether a short day trip or an extended journey. Step inside, and you'll find a bright, inviting salon with versatile seating, a fully equipped galley, and comfortable cabins that provide a peaceful retreat after a day on the water. With her spacious layout and excellent condition, SCOUT is ready to set sail on new adventures.

Accommodations

Large Master Stateroom aft with queen bed. The head gives you plenty of elbow room with its separate stall shower. A nice sized L-shaped galley, a navigation station, a salon dinner-sized table or smaller cocktail table at the L-shaped port settee and 2 seats starboard that convert to a solid settee fill out the salon. The spacious guest cabin forward has a V-berth and is large enough to accommodate two adults and offers ample storage space.
