Original owners kept the boat in a boathouse in Portland (Columbia River Yacht Club).
Sellers purchased in 1999. Boat has been boathouse kept ever since at the Olympia Yacht Club.
When purchased by Seller, engines had 1000 hours of use.
Supplemental coolant tanks and temporary sensors were added.
All hoses were replaced
New aluminum risers were installed. All installed in 2018.
Installed bow thruster (at approximately$14,000 cost) in 2005 (see No. 4 above).
Air breather added to turbo system.
Battery, charging and electronics all upgraded from original.
Also added rudder angle indicator and more sensitive engine overheat sensors.
Engines have never run at temperature higher than 150 degrees Fahrenheit.
Owner states at hull speed (approx. 8 knots), both engines together consume +/- 5 gallons of fuel. This
is at approximately 1500 rpms. Boat is capable of 15+ knots at approximately 2600 rpms. This is at slack
current.
3-year old “high-end” ICOM VHF, Model IC-M 506 with many functions including AIS
3-year old Garmin Model 730 combo radar and chart plotter with depth sounder.
Boat still retains its older Garmin chart plotter and stand-alone Garmin depth sounder
Additionally, a separate Nobeltec/navigation system supported by laptop computer with Nobeltec
software.
The house bank is 4 - 145 Trojan 6-volt batteries. They are controlled by a Magnum
inverter/charger with an external monitoring system.
The genset and engines each have their own
batteries, charged by an independent battery charger.
Gen Set: 8 kw Westerbeke. Shows 3100 hours. Was rebuilt at 2900 hours in 2005.
Most recently serviced August 2025.
Main engines and genset oil and filters changed annually in fall as well as fuel filters. Primary Racor fuel filters
and turbo air filters, changed as needed.
Hull is cleaned and zincs replaced by diver semi annually.
Transmission oil kept “topped off” as needed and changed every 18 months. Biodorf always added to fuel as
well as additive to increase lubrication.
Tender: 10’ AB Inflatable with fiberglass bottom. Has steering station with seating and controls.
15 hp Yamaha outboard-2 stroke. Outboard purchased new in 2010.
