WALKTHROUGH

Walk onboard this fantastic 2014 model Eastbay 46 SX, SEABIRD, into the spacious cockpit lined with gorgeous teak deck, freshly brightened. She features built-in seating aft w/ custom mounted teak bi-fold table, perfect for outside dining. In the cockpit forward to starboard she features an electric BBQ grill and ice maker below. To port there is additional aft facing seating with a storage locker outboard. The window above this settee drops down as a great pass through to the salon. The engine room is located through a large hatch in the cockpit.

Enter the salon through the single hinge two panel glass door into the open and bright main deck of this 46 SX featuring a gorgeous satin teak interior with teak and holly sole throughout. There is a straight settee to starboard and a U-shaped settee to port with teak table.

The helm station is to starboard forward and features a STIDD helmseat with foot rest, large traditional teak and stainless steering wheel, updated Furuno Electronics, engine and joystick control & much more.

Across from the lower helm station to the port side is the companion helmseat with grab rail, cup holders and chart locker. Below this settee is an electric wine cooler. 

There are two manual opening windows in the salon; forward port & starboard. The forward center windshield opens electrically as well as the large aft port window. There are two hatches above as well equipped with accordion shades and screens.

Just before you take the steps down below there is a hatch in the salon sole which opens up into a large storage area, called the ‘basement.’ There is a separate washer & dryer units and an additional refrigerator. 

There are 4 steps to go below to the galley and accommodations. To port is a wonderful U-shaped galley with plentiful storage cabinets and drawers, 3-burner cooktop w/ custom cutting board cover, NEW microwave/convection oven, stainless steel sink w/ seagull water purification system, NEW Isotherm refrigerator drawer and deep chest freezer. The galley comes equipped with GB branded dishes and glassware. 

To starboard across the companionway from the galley is the guest stateroom featuring two side-by-side twin berths. The en suite head is forward and features a wet head style shower with a wraparound curtain. There is also access from the companionway to be used as a day head.

The master stateroom sits comfortably forward with an easily accessible queen berth, private en suite head and separate stall shower, storage drawers under berth, cabinets and hanging lockers, full length mirror, overhead hatch and port holes for natural light and more! This stateroom is very comfortable for extended cruises.
