STALCA est un yacht historique lié à la principauté de Monaco. En effet, commandé au chantier naval néerlandais Visch Holland, STALCA a été lancé en 1971 pour le prince Rainier III et son épouse, la princesse Grace de Monaco. Le nom est dérivé des membres de la famille royale et des deux premières lettres du nom de famille de leurs enfants : STéphanie, ALbert et CAroline.

STALCA a eu plusieurs rénovations depuis son lancement tout en conservant son aspect extérieur fidèle à la conception originale. En 2017 grace à son nouveau propriétaire, le yacht a fait l'objet d'une rénovation technique complète comprenant également une mise en conformité aux normes de sécurité actuelles ainsi qu’une rénovation de la décoration intérieure pour son activité future de location.
