‘Summer School’ is a low hour clean 4600 SCB that is shed kept and ready for new owners.

Stepping aboard from the wide swim platform through a center gate into the cockpit that’s covered to protect you from the weather, you can access the lazarette, move forward up either side deck, head up to the flybridge or enter the salon.

Entering the salon through the sliding door there is a large U-shaped settee and table to starboard, cupboards and entertainment center across, then the galley forward on the port side. There is a filler to convert the settee to a large berth when extra space for overnight guests is required. 

Forward to starboard is the dinette that provides comfortable seating for four and great sight lines while underway.  The custom teak and holly floor stands out and the Ultra leather upholstery makes the interior a very welcoming space.

The galley has everything a chef needs including lots of drawers and ample counter space.

A couple of steps down brings you to the accommodation spaces.  The guest stateroom is to starboard with two single berths and an adjoining ensuite with separate shower stall. This head also has access from the hallway to function as a day head/guest head.

Forward is the master stateroom with center line island queen berth, hanging lockers; and ensuite head with shower and tub to port.  An overhead hatch and opening portlights bring light and ventilation to the master

Up the stairs (no ladder!) brings you to the spacious flybridge and upper seating area that is completely protected by a full canvas enclosure.   Here the centerline helm offers a double seat with great visibility while underway and a large comfortable L-shaped entertaining area and table to port with a wetbar to starboard behind the helm.  There is a hatch for the stairs to reduce noise while underway, and enough space for 4 chairs and a table on the aft end.
