This boat is in immaculate condition and has been professionally and exceptionally well maintained by both owners.

Since day one, there has only been one captain/manager taking care of her.

A new air conditioning compressor for the helm area has been installed in the engine room increasing the power and at the same time reducing unwanted noise.

- 2 x Volvo IPS 600 (New port engine which was changed under warranty by Volvo, 2017 with supporting invoice

-All batteries are new as of fall 2019 and early 2020.

-Compound and wax was done each year.

-New underwater lights.

-Oils and filters changed this fall 2021.

Voici un express italien de 50 pieds construit par le célèbre chantier AZIMUT.

Il y a tout a bord de ce yacht, un toit (ouvrant) complètement vitré avec des ombrelles, tous les meubles sont en bois du type cherry wood, une grande porte patio, un wetbar complet dans la zone cockpit (BBQ, évier, frigo), une ombrelle électrique pour se cacher du soleil excessif, du teak partout, une plateforme hydraulique et la table du cockpit s'abaisse pour offrir une large section pour prendre du soleil.

Dans la cabine, deux chambres à coucher (owner + VIP), une cuisine avec dinette, deux salles de toilettes avec douche, la laveuse/sécheuse combo est dissimulée dans un meuble dans la chambre des propriétaires, ce yacht est vraiment exceptionnel.

Les propriétaires (depuis l'achat) ont maintenu le yacht dans un état exceptionnel et ce par une équipe de professionnel. Une visite va vous convaincre immédiatement. Ce yacht a toujours été en eau douce (région de Montréal & Québec) et surtout avec deux propriétaires (du Québec) depuis son acquisition.

En 2017 un nouveau compresseur pour l'air climatisé dans la zone cockpit à été installer. Le compresseur est dorénavant dans la chambre des moteurs. La climatisation est maintenant très supérieur (plus puissante) pour cette zone et surtout très silencieuse.

-Moteur neuf bâbord changé par Volvo il y a de ça trois ans, les heures indiqués n’ont pas été changé …environ 300 heures depuis (facture à l’appui, effectuer sous garantie par Volvo)

-Toutes les batteries sont neuves , automne 2019 et début 2020

-Compound et cire printemps à chaque année.

-Nouvelles lumières sous-marine. (Underwater lights)

-Télécommande électrique pour la plateforme hydraulique, le cable d'alimentation électrique et aussi le boyau d'entrée d'eau

-Huiles et filtres changés

-Nouvelle TV cuisine + 3 TV + SAT TV

-Électronique de navigation Raymarine (Hybrid touch).

- Nouveaux stores romain installé dans les chambres (custom)

-Il vient tout juste de sortir de son entrepôt chauffé pour être mis à l'eau au bassin Louise à Québec.
