UNIQ represents an opportunity for a buyer to immediately step in to a beautiful looking and carefully maintained Princess 67 flybridge motoryacht.  After scouring the US market in 2023, the prospective owners found this yacht checked their must have boxes.  Since closing, this Princess has been in service cruising to the Keys and to the Bahamas.  The owner is now thinking about a different style boat and clean trades will be considered.  One very important detail for me to mention is the fact the new owners of this Princess were required to repair their survey deficiencies list in order to qualify for their boat insurance policy.  I was involved in this process and the insurance underwriter's list was long.  In summer 2024, UNIQ went to Merritt's Boat & Engine Company for her summer boatyard visit.  The boat was inspected by Merritt's and a small punch-list was completed.  Additionally, new bottom paint and Propspeed was applied.  Lastly, the hull was waxed, finessed, and polished by Merritt's back to near perfection plus all the metal was polished.  The owners have done everything they could to make sure season #1 with their new boat was going to be a success, and it has been.  Many trips since the closing with their children, grandkids and extended family. 

This Princess 67 comes equipped with an extra-large flybridge and a covered aft deck.  Also, there is an extra-large sun lounge forward on the bow.  There is a lot of room on the exterior of these yachts for entertainment or just relaxing.  The current owner has invested in new sharp looking cushions for the flybridge, aft deck and bow sun lounge.    

The interior of this Princess Yacht is inviting.  The main deck is spacious and has a modern feel.  The main deck carpeting, carpet runner and the galley wood sole floor were replaced by the current owner.  Below deck there is a full beam Master Stateroom, forward VIP and a side-by-side twin bunk stateroom located port, opposite of the laundry locker.  Each stateroom has its own ensuite bath.  The Master and VIP are large luxury style suites, and the guest cabin is appropriately sized for real sized grown adults.  Located beneath the aft deck settee is the entrance to the crew cabin with ensuite head.  This space was completely rebuilt by the current owner.  The seller took the crew quarters down to bare fiberglass and they transformed this usually forgotten about storage area back into a cozy modern looking space for children.  New wallcoverings, headliners, carpeting, beds and soft goods have transformed this space back in to either a fourth stateroom or a useable cabin for professional crew.
