VIVERE is a 2011 Southerly 57RS Raised Saloon cutter designed by Ed Dubois and built by Northshore Yachts in the United Kingdom. The galley is positioned forward of the Raised Saloon and is designed for serious time aboard. Corian counters, stainless appliances, keel-cooled refrigeration, wine storage, and generous cabinetry make the space practical underway and comfortable at anchor. Across from the galley, the chef’s nook seats two around a built-in desk/breakfast-bar arrangement with additional storage and excellent natural light.
NAVIGATION STATION
The navigation station is located aft to port within the Raised Saloon, just inboard of the companionway. The swing keel is the headline feature, but it is not a gimmick. Keel down, VIVERE has the bite, righting moment, and windward ability expected of a serious offshore yacht.
