Name Reserved

"WINDSLIPPER" actively competed in regional PHRF New England events, coastal passages, and ocean races like the Marblehead to Halifax.

Designed by the Johnstone brothers, Rod & Bob, and built by Tillotson Pearson, this 42' sloop reflects how far their thinking had traveled in ten years: a moderately light hull... yet a boat meant to be lived aboard ensuring luxurious comfort and space, as well as sailed hard.

She is a two owner boat, originally owned by Bob Johnstone when named IONA. Her current owners acquired her around 2003 and have raced and cruised her all over Canada, Nova Scotia, Caribbean, and New England.

Her cherry interior is exquisite. She has dreamy ultra leather seating that will make you want to cozy-up in a blanket with a good book as you set sail for a weekend overnight or go the distance offshore.

Spacious, rugged and reliable built for live-a-board comfort.
