It is with great pleasure that I write you this letter to tell you of my experience with
Denison Yacht Sales and especially your yacht broker Bob Offer. A couple of points to share with you first. I own and operate a commercial laundry business is San Francisco, California with over 300 employees servicing over 100 of the finest hotels. The principal of exceeding customer’s expectations is
what our company is founded on.

So I recognize great service when it happens to me. I have been looking to purchase a 35′ Cabo Express for the past year. Shortly after Christmas I ran across the yacht ad at Denison with the 2005 35′ Cabo Express. I sent an e-mail to inquire more about the deal as the ad read “trades considered” and I had a trade. To my surprise I received a response within 2 hours and a phone call shortly after the e-mail. It was Bob Offer at the other end.

I was hesitant to purchase a boat across the country but figured I would continue a dialogue. Since I wasn’t there I asked Bob if he could take some current pictures so we could decide if we wanted to move forward. He traveled to where the boat was and sent me so many pictures and details of what was behind the picture, condition-wise. It was as if I was there.

We made an offer that was accepted and my wife and I were on our way to see the boat and survey
and sea trial. Bob coordinated all the surveys, mechanic, and captain for us. The way Bob kept me
informed through this whole process was so unbelievable and refreshing. It was truly because of him that we closed on this boat February 7, 2011. Bob even coordinated the prep work to ship my boat to San Francisco for me as well as a few minor projects I wanted done to our complete satisfaction.
