Presenting LAYAH 1, a 2010 Riviera Yachts 60-meter motor yacht now available for sale in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Propulsion comes from twin MTU 12V4000 engines delivering a combined 7,400 kW, with engine hours just under 2,000, positioning the vessel for continued use across new horizons.

Formerly identified as SHARJAH 1, she measures 197 feet (60 meters) in length, with a steel hull, aluminum superstructure, and an 11-meter beam. Exterior styling originated from Focus Marine LLC, while interior arrangements were completed by CDB Yacht Design. LAYAH 1 features an expansive exterior with teak decks, a jacuzzi tub, and additional leisure amenities.

She accommodates up to 14 guests in 10 staterooms and has a crew capacity for nine. With recorded hours around 1,967.2 on the starboard engine and 1,948.2 on the port engine, the powerplants are low for a yacht of her age. Maximum speed reaches 20 knots.
