DREAM is a sophisticated, very comfortable, and quiet superyacht built by the premier German shipyard Abeking & Rasmussen.

Extremely seaworthy and stable, DREAM has crossed the Pacific, Atlantic, and Indian Oceans numerous times, safely taking its owners to some of the most remote islands on Earth.

OWNER

Magnificent (110 sq m/1,200 sq ft) owner’s apartment consisting of three separate rooms, three bathrooms, and an entrance lobby.

Full-beam owner’s stateroom with a king bed, an onyx master bath with dual sinks, a jacuzzi tub, a separate steam shower, and a bidet, as well as his and hers walk-in closets with windows and skylights.

The two other rooms are currently configured as an office and a yoga/massage room with a desk. Each has a separate bath with a shower, creating the possibility of having his and hers separate bathrooms. Alternatively, one of these rooms could also be configured as an eighth stateroom for small children, a nanny, or bodyguards, or as a large second office.

FULL LLOYD’S CLASS SPECIAL SURVEY & FLAG CERTIFICATION RENEWED 2025:

• In June 2025, Lloyd’s Register reissued 5-year Class and Flag certification with zero deficiencies or observations, valid through 2030.

MAJOR ENGINE & GENERATOR OVERHAULS COMPLETED

• Full overhauls of both main engines and generators, ensuring long-term mechanical reliability.

EXTENDED LIFECYCLE ON PROPULSION SYSTEM

• Next major engine overhaul not needed for 12 years; shafting system service interval extended by 10 years.

EXTENSIVE RUNNING GEAR REFURBISHMENT

• Shafts, stern tubes, propellers, and rudders were removed, tested (including blue and dye testing), polished, rebalanced, and reinstalled with new bearings and seals.

HULL & COATING REJUVENATION

• Lloyds-compliant hull thickness readings, complete new antifouling system (4 primer, 1 tie, 3 anti-fouling coats), and new sacrificial anodes installed.

COMPREHENSIVE VALVE & TANK OVERHAUL

• All overboard valves serviced/replaced; black, grey, and freshwater tanks cleaned and painted; anchor system fully restored, including new chain and hot-dip galvanized anchors.

QUANTUM STABILIZER AND BOW THRUSTER SERVICING

• Quantum 8000K stabilizers serviced and bow thruster cleaned, inspected, and serviced with new oil.

ELECTRICAL & CONTROL SYSTEM MODERNISATION

• Main switch gear tested via thermographic imaging; new tank sensors installed; start air compressor updated with Variable Frequency Drive.

SAFETY SYSTEMS AND LOAD TESTING

• 5-year load tests completed on passarelle and gangway
