Nordhavn 60 Trawler Sold By Yacht Broker Jarrett Hiebert

Denison announces the sale of ONE LIFE, a 60 Nordhavn built in 2013, and located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The Seller was represented by yacht broker Jarrett Hiebert. 

ONE LIFE was Nordhavn Hull #57 and was in turn-key condition. She had been meticulously cared for by a full-time crew of two and owned by a yachtsman who understands the value of properly maintaining an expedition yacht of her caliber.

ONE LIFE’s notable features include a warm and inviting cherry wood interior, expansive deck spaces (the swim platform, boat deck, and cockpit had all been extended), and a stunning navy hull gelcoat. Her foredeck features an oversized sunpad with overhead removable sail shades offering versatility while underway or at anchor. Her Noverania EL430 tender was housed on the boat deck and was included in the Nordhavn sale.

Engineered for trouble-free operation, she boasted a dependable fuel system, elegantly simple and extremely reliable. ONE LIFE was powered by a proven John Deere 325hp main engine. For back-up and peace of mind, she was also equipped with a John Deere 80hp “get home” wing engine with a v-drive transmission and independent fuel tank, starting battery, shaft and propeller.

Her ABT Stabilization system dramatically reduced roll, offering unparalleled ride comfort in any sea-state. In addition to the stabilization system ONE LIFE also offers a “flopper stopper” providing stabilization and comfort while at anchor.

Located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, this Nordhavn was asking $1,545,000 at the time of sale.
