This 81-foot Cheoy Lee motor yacht underwent a complete refit in 2019 and 2020 to transform her into a modern, open layout yacht. SWEET MELISA III can accommodate 10 guests in a 5 cabin, 5 head layout. Her new modern interior is neutral and warm, adding a sense of comfort onboard. And all of the heads have been remodeled with new marble counters, cabinetry, plumbing, toilets, and flooring.

Her exterior was also updated with a new custom hard bridge enclosure for staying cool on hot summer days. The bridge settee features wrap-around seating with storage compartments below. There is a walkthrough passage in the seating area aft for the tender/davit storage, wet bar, electric grill, and refrigerator. The new 14′ 9″ Rigid Walker Bay tender and cover rest on the upper aft deck next to the 1,400lb capacity davit.
