SWEET MELISA III, an 81′ Cheoy Lee built in 1998 and located in St. Petersburg, was sold by Denison yacht broker Gregg Somerville, who represented the seller. Luke Brown Yachts introduced the buyer.

This 81-foot Cheoy Lee motor yacht underwent a complete refit in 2019 and 2020 to transform her into a modern, open layout yacht. SWEET MELISA III can accommodate 10 guests in a 5 cabin, 5 head layout. Her new modern interior is neutral and warm, adding a sense of comfort onboard. This Cheoy Lee boasts a new galley with updated commercial appliances, cabinets, and countertops. And all of the heads have been remodeled with new marble counters, cabinetry, plumbing, toilets, and flooring.

Her exterior was also updated with a new custom hard bridge enclosure for staying cool on hot summer days. The bridge settee features wrap-around seating with storage compartments below. There is a walkthrough passage in the seating area aft for the tender/davit storage, wet bar, electric grill, and refrigerator. The new 14′ 9″ Rigid Walker Bay tender and cover rest on the upper aft deck next to the 1,400lb capacity davit.

SWEET MELISA III is located in St. Petersburg, Florida with an asking price of $1,200,000 at the time of sale.
