JUS CHILL’N, an 84′ Cheoy Lee built in 2012, was sold by Russ Shafer, who represented the Seller. John Slate with Northrop & Johnson introduced the Buyer.
JUS CHILL’N’s notable features include a country kitchen, a factory-built cockpit with a stowed davit, a TNT lift, wide walkaround side decks, a high-volume interior, and an enclosed, air-conditioned flybridge. Her power comes from twin CAT C32 ACERT 1600HP engines (about 2,400 hours). Electrical power is supported by twin 32kW generators that were recently serviced. Handling features include hydraulic bow and stern thrusters.
Her interior layout has three staterooms: two full-beam cabins with king berths and one VIP cabin with a queen berth. Crew accommodations are aft with a separate stateroom for two and a crew lounge.
For toys and tenders, JUS CHILL’N currently carries two kayaks, two SeaBobs, a 15’ ZAR tender (2019) with a 90HP outboard and GPS, four electric bikes, and a 1,200 lb davit with chocks for an additional tender or jet ski. A transom dive door and aquarium-style livewell are also onboard.
