I want to thank you for all the support you gave us during our recent purchase of the Sea Ray 480. We especially appreciated your knowledge and attention to detail in helping us through the decision and purchasing process. Also, since we flew in from out of town it was very helpful that you were able to line up the survey teams to inspect and report their findings while we were in town. As well as the introductions you made to the different companies who provided 1st class service prior to our moving the boat up to Southern Maryland. Russ Schafer is the best - doubt we could have found a better representative to work with… I can't thank you enough.

Just wanted to shoot you a quick note and tell you how much I enjoyed working with you on the sale of Low Life. You did an outstanding job of keeping me updated throughout the process as well as advising me what you thought it would take to sell the boat. Furthermore it was you going the extra mile and reaching back out to everyone who had contacted you on the boat the previous 9 months that ultimately resulted in the sale. Not many brokers that would have gone to that much effort and give my boat so much special attention.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Peter towards the sale of my 2005 Sea Ray, Power Play. Being in a customer service business myself, I know how hard it is to have professional people working in the field and properly representing your organization. You can be sure that Peter is such a professional. From the continuous communications to the final delivery of the boat, I couldn’t have been more pleased with his performance.

In today’s business environment it is very easy to take things for granted. I will usually point out to a business owner or individual, if there is a deficiency, flaw or lack of service that I may have received. However, I am also the first one to acknowledge when excellent service is received….and that is exactly what was received from Peter. It could be very difficult to work with an international customer but Juno Prudhomm showed us incredible patience and diligence during the whole process of the deal. Not only did he assist my customer's comfort during the visit but also he gave use tremendous amount of helpful information for the purchasing of Doral 39. Whenever we encountered on any problem for the purchasing, he took a right action to solve the issue on time. We will definitely come back to him when we need a yacht broker in South Florida.
