I just wanted to take the time to let you know about our very favorable experience with Denison Yacht Sales and specifically about your yacht broker, Jordan Preusz.

We have been planning for a bucket list goal 'Cruising the Great Loop' for many years, and this was the year to purchase our boat.  This was going to be a big step up for us coming from a 22' Cuddy cabin to the equivalent of a yacht. Learning has taught us that no matter how much you research a subject there is always something else you can learn from someone else's experience.

Jordan patiently walked us through this process giving us things to think about from his experiences.   We never felt pressured to make an immediate decision.  We were very happy that we selected Jordan to represent us as the buyers and felt that he had us in his best interest.

When we finally selected our 'Dream Boat' which was located in Maryland, we were very uncertain if this purchase was even attainable. Jordan worked with the sellers' broker and together they found a creative way to make it happen. As we soon realized, we had only just begun the process of closing. When it was time to do the survey and sea trials, Jordan arrived in Maryland, not only to represent us but also to make positive recommendations to all involved.

We experienced some expected bumps along the way and thanks to Jordan when this process seemed to stall, his assertiveness pushed everything forward.  As a final result we are now the very happy owners of a 2009 American Tug 41. We will be moving this boat into the Great Lakes this year and continue the remaining portion of 'the Great Loop' in the summer of 2016. Since the closing Jordan has followed up many times to check in with us.

I would like to recommend Tom Cardosa as a Yacht Broker you can trust and depend on. I recently sold my Catalina 34 Sailboat through Tom last winter.
