Acacia

M/Y ACACIA is a beautiful 40-meter Sunseeker motor yacht built in 2011 and newly refitted in 2022. ACACIA has a tri-deck and five-cabin configuration.
The full-beam primary suite is on the main deck with a bi-level en-suite bathroom that includes his and her sinks and a beautiful walk-in shower.  The remaining four en-suite guest cabins are on the lower deck: two VIP suites and two twin cabins (each twin cabin can be converted to a double and have an additional Pullman berth). The sky deck comes furnished with exercise and yoga equipment but shines when entertaining guests with a Jacuzzi, sit-up bar, sun pads, and cooling water misting systems to keep guests relaxed and refreshed.  Two folding dining tables provide an al fresco dining option and can seat up to 10 guests when extended. The upper deck aft has a second al fresco dining table that can seat 10 guests that leads into the upper salon with a wet bar, breakfast table, and entertainment area featuring a 55-inch television (one of eight onboard).  Entertainment onboard features multiple wireless access points, DirecTV, all major streaming services, Kaleidescape, and video games. ACACIA's main deck includes a formal dining area with walnut wenge wood flooring underfoot that runs the entire deck from the lounge to the master stateroom.  Just behind the dining area is a large formal salon that leads out to the aft deck, where you can find couches for relaxing above the swim platform.
As much as guests will enjoy the interior and exterior of this superyacht, ACACIA is ready for adventures or relaxing activities.  She has a 35-foot Scout tender with a cabin and boasting 900hp from three Yamaha 300 engines.  The Scout is well suited for fishing, snorkeling, diving, cruising to destinations, and accommodating beach picnics.  ACACIA has a second tender, a 19-foot Williams SportJet, excellent for wakeboarding, waterskiing, and tubing. ACACIA offers a variety of water sports, including eFoils, Seabobs, kayaks, paddle boards, floats, and a custom FunAir Beach Club with netted pool.  ACACIA's beach setup won't disappoint with beach dining, loungers, tents, umbrellas, sports equipment, sand toys, and even a massage table.
Since ACACIA's build, she has had regular servicing and upgrades, including new satellite internet and television, teak replacement on the sun deck, and new interior flooring in 2022.  Accompanying these upgrades, she has had a stunning hull repaint in Majestic Blue in 2019 that sets her apart as a visual beauty.
