The 56m 2009 Perini-Navi-built yacht ASAHI is available for charter, offering generous space for guests, both inside and out.
Previously known as Riela, ASAHI was the last in line of the first-generation of Perini Navi’s 10-vessel 56m series and was named the Best Sailing Yacht in the 45m+ range at the 2010 Boat International World Superyacht Awards.
Her naval architecture is the work of Perini Navi and Ron Holland, famed for his excellent racing designs, while the sleek and minimal interiors in neutral tones are all down to sought-after designer Remi Tessier.
As part of her 2019/2020 refit, ASAHI had major rig work done, with the rig serviced and repainted, plus brand-new LED lighting throughout, the replacement of some windows and a new aft-deck layout.
This latest refit follows an earlier refit in 2014 in which new flooring was installed throughout the yacht, a self-service bar and curved TV were installed in the salon and the Moon bar was modified and upgraded.
The overall effect is a Zen-like atmosphere and plenty of room for entertaining. Up on the sundeck there is a large cushioned lounge area aft with an on-deck Jacuzzi, while the aft cockpit has a shaded dining table offering alfresco dining for 12.
ASAHI can accommodate 12 guests across six cabins, including a full-beam L-shaped master with a vanity area and sofa, a large wardrobe area and an en suite with full tub.
In addition, there are two VIPs, two twins and one bunk cabin, ideal for charter guests travelling with kids.
ASAHI comes with a fun-filled toy box, including three Fliteboards, Two Seabobs, one SAB Foil board, Kitesurf equipment, inflatables and many other toys.
She also has a Castoldi Jet tender to whizz guests to shore when the mood takes, plus a two-metre-wide hydraulic swim platform, making access to the water nice and easy.
