Overview
This 2021 Cayo-built 264HC is a rare opportunity to own one of the most aggressively equipped hybrid catamaran bay boats on the market.
The concept is simple: take the fishability and shallow-water versatility of a premium bay boat, add the stability, efficiency, deck space, and big-water capability of a catamaran platform, then rig it with serious power, electronics, tower controls, shallow-water anchoring, and offshore-ready systems. The result is a 26' hybrid cat that can run inshore, fish nearshore/offshore, sight fish from the tower, hold bottom with the trolling motor, anchor shallow with twin Power-Poles, and still offer a premium family-friendly layout.
Power comes from twin Mercury 300 Pro XS outboards showing 116 hours. The boat is equipped with SeaStar Optimus steering, dual jack plates, Mercury digital controls, Mercury VesselView integration, and strong performance numbers: approximately 67 MPH wide open at 6,100 RPM and an efficient cruise around 41 MPH at 4,000 RPM, returning approximately 2.19 MPG.

Cayo / Costa Brand Note
This boat is being marketed as a Costa 264HC for accurate buyer search visibility and platform recognition. The boat was built under the prior Cayo Boatworks branding and carries Cayo badging and Cayo/CBX HIN history. Following the ownership/branding transition, this same 26'4" hybrid catamaran platform became widely known in the marketplace as the Costa Custom Boats 264HC. This distinction will be clearly disclosed and handled correctly in all documentation.

Power and Performance
This 264HC is powered by twin Mercury 300 Pro XS outboards with low hours, showing approximately 116 hours. The motors are integrated through Mercury VesselView / SmartCraft into the Simrad electronics suite.
Reported performance:
The twin-engine catamaran layout gives the boat excellent low-speed maneuverability, and the engines are set wide apart for confident docking and close-quarters control. Dual jack plates and SeaStar Optimus steering further enhance the boat’s handling and shallow-water capability.
Helm and Electronics
The main helm is one of the standout features of this boat. It is built around a massive Simrad NSO24 evo3S display that gives the helm a clean, modern, glass-bridge style layout. The boat also includes a Simrad NSS12 evo3, Simrad radar, Simrad autopilot, Mercury VesselView display, Simrad remote controller, JL Audio MediaMaster 100, Mercury digital controls, Lectro Tab trim tabs, jack plate controls, Power-Pole control, and an Edson comfort-grip steering wheel with power knob.
The upper station is fully functional and gives the captain a commanding view for sight fishing, running shallow water, navigating, or spotting fish offshore. It includes its own Simrad display, steering, Mercury fly-by-wire controls, start/stop, trim controls, seating, footrest, and SeaDek.
Tower / Hardtop
The black tower and hardtop package gives this 264HC a very serious look and adds major functionality. The hardtop includes integrated rod holders, a Simrad radar dome, Rigid-style light bar, spreader lights, underside speakers, overhead lighting, and a clean Cayo-branded switch panel. The Strataglass enclosure helps protect the main helm area, and the upper-station access is clean and well designed.
Fishing Layout
This boat was clearly built to fish. The 10' beam carries far forward, giving the bow and cockpit a huge amount of usable room. The forward deck offers a large casting platform, dedicated anchor locker, storage, forward pitch well, bow seating, and a MinnKota Terrova 112lb trolling motor with 72" shaft and GPS Spot-Lock.
Aft, the boat features dual pressurized livewells, a sea chest livewell system, twin Power-Pole Blades, wide cockpit space, removable aft backrests, raw and freshwater washdowns, tackle storage, rod storage, hardtop rod holders, and plenty of room to fight fish around the boat.
Comfort and Storage
The layout also works extremely well for family use and cruising. The boat includes premium diamond-stitched Cayo upholstery, Llebroc dual helm seats, aft seating/backrests, forward chaise lounge, bow seating, coaming bolsters, cup holders throughout, JL Audio system, and a wide, safe aft walk-through between the twin engines.
Storage is abundant, including under-chaise storage, forward deck compartments, dual large forward storage boxes, aft bilge/storage compartments, leaning-post tackle storage, console storage, battery compartments, and anchor storage.
Trailer
Included is a custom AmeraTrail tandem-axle aluminum trailer, manufactured 06/2020 and registered as a 2021 model. The trailer has a 9,800 lb GVWR and presents well in the photos.
Condition Notes
This boat presents extremely well overall and is very well equipped. Known notes include normal exterior hull-side scuffs/scratches visible in the photos and walkthrough video, expired Mercury warranty, service history currently being confirmed, batteries assumed original unless otherwise documented, and the forward pitch well is currently inoperative. All other major systems reported working properly, including Power-Poles, jack plates, trim tabs, autopilot, radar, trolling motor, aft livewells, fresh/raw washdowns, stereo, and lights.
