Bertram 33 Sport Fisherman MKII, 1987, originally built for the European market, currently undergoing a complete refit at the Castagnola yard in Lavagna - Costruzioni Navali Tigullio - a historic name in Italian boatbuilding.

This is not a used boat but a fully restored one. Every component has been checked and reconditioned, and the entire systems and machinery have been overhauled and brought back to standard.

Exterior: window frames fully repainted with two-part polyurethane in the original finish; all deck hardware overhauled and polished; non-skid laid anew in the cockpit and on all walking surfaces; deck plate, air intakes and deck details powder-coated; topsides cosmetically detailed and polished to a mirror finish; new rub rail and relaminated swim platform. Bottom taken back to zero and rigenerated with an anti-osmosis barrier coat; several coats of hard-matrix antifouling.

Exterior equipment: new helm chairs on the flybridge; new exterior cushions and canvas. Navigation lights, Whale Twist hot/cold cockpit shower, new 60-litre Sigmar boiler, original Lofrans' windlass, overhauled and powder-coated.

Interior: joinery restored and finished in satin oak; new Nautifloor "Mahogany & Holly" cabin soles; galley worktops in aquamarine Amazonite; new mattresses and cushions, 'Premier Prints' upholstery in the coordinated "Corals/Sea-Horse" aquamarine pattern; stowage compartments; new electric marine toilet with integrated macerator.

The project is signed by Bertraholic, a team specializing in classic Bertrams and their refitting: we design and manufacture dedicated components for these boats, and for our restorations we rely exclusively on boatbuilders holding the highest credentials - in this case Castagnola Yacht.

The refit is still at a stage where propulsion, electronics and equipment can be tailored. Two engine configurations, according to the new owner's wishes, each with its own price list:

A) Gasoline: MerCruiser 496 MAG HO, 8.1-litre multi-point injection V8, 425 hp each: the finest gasoline configuration available for this hull. Zero-hour engines, complete with ZF gears.

B) Diesel: Caterpillar 3208 DITA, 10.4-litre turbocharged and aftercooled V8, 425 hp each: the finest propulsion available for the 33 Sport Fisherman.

In both configurations: engines remanufactured to zero hours, detailed as new and covered by warranty on the machinery and all components; shafts reground to as-new condition, shaft seals, through-hull fittings, engine beds and propellers matched to the chosen propulsion; electrical system and plumbing entirely new.

FRP hull with the deep-V bottom whose seakeeping made this generation of Bertrams legendary. Hull length 9.98 m (32'8"), beam 3.81 m (12'6"): under Italian law the vessel qualifies as a "natante" (no registration required), certified for navigation beyond 6 nautical miles.

Delivery on completion of the refit, with sea trial. Yard visits by appointment. The asking price refers to the restoration in its base configuration.

As the refit is still at a customizable stage, the choice of propulsion, electronics and optional equipment allows the final figure to be tailored to the new owner's specification - agreed directly with Bertraholic. The Price shown is exclusive of VAT, charged if applicable depending on the buyer's tax status.

Bertram 33 Sport Fisherman MKII del 1987, prodotta all’origine per il mercato europeo, oggetto di un refitting integrale attualmente in corso presso il cantiere Castagnola di Lavagna - Costruzioni Navali Tigullio - nome storico della cantieristica italiana.

Non è un imbarcazione usata bensì restaurata integralmente. Ogni componente è stato verificato e ripristinato e l’intera parte impiantistica e meccanica è stata oggetto di revisione o sostituzione.

Esterni: finestrature completamente riverniciate con vernice poliuretanica bicomponente nella finitura originale; tutta la ferramenta di bordo revisionata, lucidata o sostituita; antisdrucciolo realizzato ex novo con finitura a microsfere, nel pozzetto e su tutti i piani di calpestio esterni; passo d’uomo, prese d’aria e dettagli di coperta riverniciati a polvere; bordo libero con ripristino localizzato del gelcoat e lucidatura a specchio; bottazzo nuovo, plancetta rilaminata e rifinita con antisdrucciolo a microsfere. Ablazione antivegetativa, carena portata a zero rigenerata con barriera antiosmosi; antivegetativa Hempel plurimani a matrice dura.

Dotazioni esterne: poltroncine di governo sul flybridge nuove; cuscineria esterna, imbottiture e tendalini nuovi. Luci di navigazione, doccetta caldo/freddo Whale Twist, boiler Sigmar 60 lt. nuovo, verricello originale Lofrans' revisionato e verniciato a polvere.

Interni: Mobili in legno di rovere restaurati, verniciatura satinata a più mani e finitura con paglietta in acciaio; piani di calpestio nuovi in Nautifloor "Mahogany & Holly"; piani cucina in Amazonite color acquamarina; materassi e divani nuovi; tappezzerie ‘Premier Prints’ in fantasia coordinata acquamarina; WC elettrico con maceratore nuovo.

La barca è in una fase del refitting ancora personalizzabile, nella motorizzazione, nell’elettronica e nelle dotazioni. Due configurazioni di motorizzazione secondo il desiderio del nuovo Armatore, ciascuna con il proprio listing:

A) Benzina: MerCruiser 496 MAG HO, V8 8,1 litri a iniezione multipoint, 425 cv ciascuno: la migliore configurazione a benzina possibile per questa carena. Motori a zero ore, completi di invertitori ZF

B) Diesel: Caterpillar 3208 DITA, V8 10,4 litri turbo con aftercooler, 425 cv ciascuno: la migliore motorizzazione possibile per il 33 Sport Fisherman.

In entrambe le configurazioni: motori rigenerati a zero ore, riverniciati a nuovo e coperti da garanzia sulla meccanica e su tutti gli organi; assi rettificati a nuovo, tenute, passascafi, cavalletti ed eliche adeguati alla motorizzazione scelta; impianto elettrico e impiantistica revisionati e componentistica nuova.

Scafo in FRP con carena a V profonda: la tenuta di mare che ha reso leggendari i Bertram di questa generazione. Lunghezza scafo 9,99 m, baglio 3,81 m: l’imbarcazione è NATANTE e sarà abilitata alla navigazione oltre le 6 miglia.

Consegna a completamento del refitting, con prove in mare. Visite in cantiere su appuntamento.

Il refitting è in una fase ancora personalizzabile: la scelta della motorizzazione, dell'elettronica e degli optional consente di calibrare il prezzo sulle specifiche del nuovo armatore, da definire direttamente con Bertraholic. Il prezzo indicato si intende IVA esclusa, applicata se dovuta in base al regime fiscale.
