50' Houseboat 1979

This unique liveaboard float home offers an affordable opportunity to enjoy life on the water without the cost typically associated with traditional waterfront living. Set on a pontoon base and thoughtfully converted for comfortable residential use, this is a practical and creative option for someone looking for a simple lifestyle, weekend retreat, or low-cost floating home project with real upside. Completed in 2023, this converted houseboat has been updated inside with a bright, clean, modern living space that feels far more inviting than the exterior first suggests. The home is fully insulated and features a functional galley-style kitchen, open living area, private bedroom, full bathroom, and updated systems that make it well suited for liveaboard use. 2023 INTERIOR CONVERSION - AFFORDABLE LIVEABOARD OPPORTUNITY - FULLY INSULATED - 60 AMP POWER PROFESSIONALLY INSTALLED - WOODFIRE STOVE FOR WARMTH - COMPOST TOILET - WIRED FOR INCINERATING TOILET - NEW WASHER - NEW HOT WATER TANK - FRIDGE AND STOVE IN GREAT CONDITION - PONTOON BASE PARTITIONED EVERY 4 FEET - TRANSOM FOR ENGINE IF DESIRED - FLOAT HOME LIFESTYLE FOR A FRACTION OF THE COST What makes this one stand out is the value proposition.
