Beneteau Monte Carlo 6S 2017 – 60 ft floating summer home with Cummins Zeus pod drives

With approx. 700 engine hours, regular servicing and substantial upgrades, this is one of the best-equipped MC6S on the market – a 60-footer that combines elegant lines with practical, easy-going cruising.

ABOUT THE BOAT
The Monte Carlo 6S is built for living on board. The aft deck is generous, and when the large aft doors open you get a threshold-free, seamless flow from saloon and galley out to the aft deck, bathing platform and the sea – it is this indoor/outdoor feel that makes the boat feel far larger than 60 ft. Aft you will find the electro-hydraulic bathing platform with recessed davits for the tender, a passerelle and a clever outdoor galley, as well as large hatches down to the engine room and a second exterior helm station to starboard.
The galley has everything you need for proper cooking: wine cooler, 50 cm Siemens dishwasher, Siemens oven with pyrolysis and microwave function, fridge and freezer, and a powerful extractor. Central vacuum and a 9 kg washer/dryer make longer trips easy.
The helm position is ergonomic with excellent visibility. From one of the best captain's chairs on the market you control plotters and engine data with a scroll wheel, and the large electric sunroof opens fully for a true open-air feel. Below deck, 6 people live comfortably across 3 separate cabins with good headroom and ample stowage.
HANDLING
The Cummins Zeus pod system makes the boat surprisingly easy to handle, even single-handed. The starboard joystick makes coming alongside effortless, and Skyhook holds the boat automatically in position while you prepare lines and fenders. Side doors in both hull sides and the aft passerelle make boarding easy. The pod system and sensible engine package give low fuel costs for a boat in this class, and the combination of shallow draft (1.17 m) and outstanding manoeuvrability gets you into the most remarkable spots.
The boat is in winter storage in Sweden and can be viewed by appointment.
