Frank & Gertrude Denison acquired Dooley’s Basin & drydock in 1948 and renamed it Broward Marine. Broward Marine had defense contracts with NATO & the US Navy building minesweepers. In 1953 Broward focused on pleasure yachts, launching it first custom motor yacht “Stormy III”, and over its history, Broward Marine has built more than 300 yachts, from small luxury boats to superyachts like Viva Mas, a 2008 38m yacht that today is available for charter. Getting aboard and around "Andiamo" is easy thanks to the deep-dock level swim platform which makes getting on/off the yacht a breeze, then stepping into the large aft cockpit to the dual curved stairs that lead to the California deck, which offers dual sliding glass doors into the lounge and the main salon.

The salon & formal dining areas are open & spacious, measuring approximately 24' long by 17' wide, with large windows and smartly chosen soft good & furnishings that creates an elegant living environment. As you enter the salon, to starboard you have a barrel chair & ottoman, entertainment center with a flat panel TV on a hi-low lift system, cabinet with stone countertop and overhead flush mounted ceiling surround sound speakers, just forward is a beautiful wood & glass safety wall, capped with stone, that offer stairs leading to the owners & guest suites. To port you have a large comfortable sofa with a stone topped coffee table. Forward of the salon is the formal dining area, the yachts day head and galley. Just forward and to port of the formal dining area is a utility closet, access to the pilothouse and the port side decks. The day head and the galley are forward to starboard.

The galley is located forward of the main salon, and access is via the starboard foyer, just past the pilothouse access stairs. The galley itself is large, featuring u-shaped cabinetry, modern appliances, abundant storage and in-galley dining settee, three dining chairs and stone topped dining table.
Appliances
Shore power is provided via the 250V/100A shore power system, dual John Deere/Phasor 44kw generators and the yachts 24/12VDC battery systems. All power is managed through the yachts AC/DC power distribution panels.
Propulsion power for "ANDIAMO" is provided by twin Detroit Diesel 12V-92 1080PH diesels with 30 hours since being rebuilt.
"ANDIAMO" offers three helm control stations; flybridge, pilothouse and the aft cockpit and is equipped with both Garmin and Furuno navigational equipment.

The FB helm features centered located helm station, a large, raised captain & crew settee, bridge hardtop with polycarbonate helm windows giving the helmsperson full protection from weather.

The pilothouse offers a smartly designed helm console that provides the helmsperson with easy access the engine and navigational equipment, large 4-person captain's settee, stairs to the flybridge helm, stone flooring and just down one step is the starboard foyer with a side deck access door.

The foredeck offers deep recessed non-skid decks with high bulwarks, stainless-steel safety hand railing, stainless-steel cleats, skylight over the forward crew stateroom, Muir Strom-4000 hydraulic vertical windlass with 300' of chain and a Fjord galvanized anchor. Other features include queen size lounge, stair access to the deck mid deck that is used as a secondary lounge area.

The Getting aboard "Andiamo" is easy thanks to the deep-dock level swim platform with large stainless-steel safety staples, which makes getting on/off the yacht, safe & easy. From there you walk through the stainless-steel cockpit gate into the large aft cockpit. Features include teak decking, table with chairs, watertight door leading into a large walk-in storage locker, teak caprail with fishpole holders, stainless-steel line rollers and deck cleats, lazarette access and dual curved stairs that lead to the California deck which offers dual sliding glass doors into the lounge and the main salon.

The bridge deck was designed to be a very comfortable living space. Features include a hardtop with enclosure, helm station, beverage & entertainment centers, mid-lounge area, dual liferafts, power rotation davit and a Highfield center console tender.

The mid deck is great space for entertaining & lounging around or just having morning coffee enjoying the day. The forward bridge deck is open to the mid deck and creates a fabulous great room, where family and friends will want to gather for an evening cruise.
