GETTING READY TO LAUNCH WITH POSSIBLE SLIP AVAILABILITY FOR SOME CLIENTS
A gorgeous example of true Ray Hunt designed American craftsmanship, ANGUS III, a custom yacht built by Alden Yachts of Rhode Island. She is the only raised pilothouse of her size. She has been maintained in carte blanche, superb condition and thoughtfully updated by knowledgeable owners. She is a superlative in today's market of turn-the-key yachts, instantly ready to go cruising.
She has three beautiful staterooms, including a full width en suite head, Master Cabin, with two heads, a delightful large salon adjacent to and easily accessible to her cockpit, a gourmet chefs galley, and large pilothouse with exceptionally well laid out navionics and communications gear.
She is powered by a pair of CAT diesels, fully rebuilt in 2019, yielding 23 knots top end with 18 knot cruise speed. Coolers replaced with new upgraded coolers in 2019.
Her green painted hull shines and is in virtually perfect condition and freshly polished.
She has also had many small things that make a big difference: designer interior, LED lighting with dimmers, BOSE systems, water maker, amazing storage, plantation shades in salon, over thick leather seating, and updates so numerous to discuss, etc.
Further, should slow be your operating speed, she also becomes a trawler, sipping fuel gingerly, if required.
ANGUS III is a superb choice, should you be looking for a properly configured, fit out, safe, extremely well maintained yacht in ready-to-cruise-now condition.

From the cockpit, a sliding door allows immediate access to the salon, one of ANGUS III's cardinal features and advantages. The salon is roomy and can sit between six to eight, or more.
The Pilothouse is a beautiful area of ANGUS III with a large navigation area and proper controls, instrumentation, bench seating along with helm chair. Being adjacent to the galley, with a pass thru area, this is a popular spot aboard Angus III.
Full accessibility with Port and Starboard side deck doors with screens.
From the helm chairs and the bench settee - also a sleeping area for weary helmsman on long passages - to the custom helm, proper handholds.
Her wonderful Flying bridge has full seating for a family; full console, seating, new refrigerator 2022, small sink with hot and cold water. There is an L shaped settee aft and to starboard and seating at the helm.
The bridge is fully enclosed with eisen glass curtains. The hard top is finished in wood trim and fibre panels in ceilings.

Many yachts described by their owners, or worse, by their brokers, have used the phrases, 'best in class', or 'this boat will wow you' or 'like new condition', or 'the best boat you will ever see'. This silly habit is confusing to many, but more often than not, these phrases are cover for the truth: the boat is a worthless, dirty, smelly rat-of-a-boat and the only rationale for such verbal debitage is to get a sucker to home plate, where hopefully, he or she is not so mortally pissed off that an offer is made, even a low one, and the brokers magic touch brings the client over the finish line.
On a misrepresented junker.
Well, that is not the case here. Truly, I can tell you from my heart, ANGUS III is one of the best yachts out there. I say this from first hand knowledge, 38 years selling yachts.
She is in excellent condition, but for her age, she's got to tip the scales at 'superior' or the 'top of her class'. I think you'll agree. She shines. She is maintained at a level in the top 1%.
Please see this outstanding yacht, whether seeking a motor yacht or trawler, ANGUS III would be a great choice to give your family lasting memories.
She needs nothing. Service records will be available to the owner once purchased.
