The raised pilothouse offers internal stairs starboard aft to the fly bridge, starboard side deck access door, built-in wrap-around seating and storage to port, helm seat and full console forward. There is storage under the console, and the aft end of the pilothouse is open to the salon and galley. High-low teak table, carpeting, and teak holly sole, plush helm chair. Originally built for the owner of 4 Winds Boats, the 1999 Mckinna 57 had spent every year until 2016 In fresh water during summer months and heated dry storage during winter months. The vessel didn’t see saltwater until 2018 so, not your typical 1999 Florida boat.
The vessel is easy to see in Jacksonville, Florida at Lambs Yacht Center in a undercover slip in 80% freshwater. The slip is available to rent if needed post sale.
The dinghy is a 2021 Galaxy Boat 10’10” aluminum hull bottom with a 30hp Suzuki outboard and is part of the inventory.
