The 2007 Regal 3360 Window Express is a versatile express cruiser that combines a spacious cockpit, bright and open interior, excellent visibility and comfortable accommodations in a manageable 34-foot package. Blue Monday has been kept undercover in fresh water at the Seattle Yacht Club and presents very nicely, with a hull and exterior that have been protected from the Pacific Northwest weather and UV exposure.
This particular 3360 has also benefited from significant mechanical work, including both Volvo Penta 5.7 GXi engines being rebuilt, with approximately 30 hours since the rebuilds. One of the DPS-A stern drives has been replaced and the other has received major service. The engines are equipped with QL Neutra Salt Flush systems, making the boat well suited to saltwater use despite her freshwater-kept history.
One of the standout features of the Regal 3360 is the amount of natural light throughout the cabin. Large windows along the forward portion of the cabin and additional side windows give the interior an unusually open feeling for an express cruiser. The result is a cabin that feels considerably brighter and more spacious than many boats in this class.
The cockpit is equally well suited to entertaining or cruising. The helm seat swivels aft to become part of the cockpit seating area, while the large aft hatch electrically opens to provide excellent access to the engine room. This makes routine maintenance and service considerably easier than on many express cruisers.
Blue Monday has been kept undercover, helping preserve the hull, upholstery and exterior finishes. The bow features a large sun pad, stainless steel anchor and remote windlass controls conveniently positioned at the bow.
The anchor and windlass equipment is tucked beneath a dedicated hatch, keeping the tackle safely out of the way while providing a clean, uncluttered foredeck.
The full Eisenglass cockpit enclosure extends the usable season considerably. With the enclosure in place, the cockpit can be enjoyed during cooler or wetter weather, while the boat's reverse-cycle heating and air-conditioning provides additional comfort.

The helm has been updated with a new touchscreen Garmin navigation display, providing a modern interface while retaining the practical layout of the original Regal helm.

The electrically operated cockpit/engine hatch provides particularly good access to the machinery space. Regal's original design allows the entire aft cockpit deck to lift, creating substantial working room around the engines and onboard systems.
The 3360 Window Express was designed to give an express cruiser the open-air usability of a larger cockpit boat while maintaining a bright, comfortable interior. The large forward and side windows are one of the defining characteristics of the model, bringing substantial natural light into the cabin.
For Blue Monday, that design is complemented by her undercover storage, full Eisenglass enclosure, air-conditioning and heat, updated Garmin electronics, tender package and substantial recent mechanical work.
With twin rebuilt Volvo Penta 5.7 GXi engines, a 5kW Kohler generator, excellent engine-room access and a practical three-berth interior, she is well suited to weekend cruising around Puget Sound, extended trips through the San Juan Islands or simply enjoying time aboard at the dock.
