Dress Blue has been pampered since launch. She has been owned by three captains and all maintained her to the highest yacht standards. Around 2005 she was re-christening as Dress Blue, and returned to her builder, Alden Yachts to upgrade systems and electronics, paint the hull and mast with Awlgrip®, enhance furniture and install new interior treatments. A Forespar LeisureFurl system and a North mainsail were installed by Morris Yachts. The uncompromising level of attention to safety, systems and appearance has been rigorously continued by her present owner. The future owner of Dress Blue can sail with confidence knowing that she’s ready to embark on a blue water adventure or to turn heads in any port.
