66 Blackwell 2006 Boat for Sale

El Bendido Yacht | 66' Blackwell 2006

2006 Blackwell 66 Convertible | Refit by Blackwell Boats, 2025 Not every buyer wants to wait years for a custom build. This 66 offers another path: a proven Blackwell hull, recently brought back to the builder’s own shop for a complete refit, and ready for the water now. She runs on twin Caterpillar C32s rated at 1,800 hp apiece, delivering a comfortable 35-knot cruise and a top speed of 45 knots. With roughly 600 nautical miles of range at cruise, distant canyons and offshore grounds are well within reach. Inside, three staterooms and two heads give a tournament crew or a family plenty of room to rest between days on the water. A Complete Refit, Done by the Builder This 66 recently returned to Blackwell Boats for a full refit, giving her a fresh start from the people who know her best. Highlights include a new electronics package, a newly installed omni sonar for locating fish and bait in every direction around the boat, and new teak throughout. The result is a proven hull with the systems and finish of a much newer boat. Come see the work for yourself. This is Blackwell craftsmanship, without the waiting list.

Few builders put the owner as close to the process as Blackwell Boats. Every hull that leaves their Carolina shop is a one-off, shaped around how its owner fishes, where they run, and what they want waiting for them at the end of the day. You’ll have a say in all of it: the engines, the cockpit layout, the tower, the electronics package, and every finish inside the salon and staterooms. The result is a boat built for your style of fishing, whether that means chasing tournament points or running far offshore for days at a time. What stays the same on every Blackwell is the foundation. Hand-laid construction, an efficient running bottom, and the smooth, dry ride Carolina boats are famous for come standard. Owners don’t just take delivery of a sportfish. They take delivery of something built to be passed down.
