Exceptional Bluewater Cruiser-Racer
2009-2025 Refit.
Hanno is a CNB 77 cutter-rigged sloop, designed by Philippe Briand with interior styling by Fabrice Lefevre and built by Construction Navale Bordeaux in 2009.
With an aluminium welded hull, a composite superstructure, and a CE Category "A" certification approved by Bureau Veritas, she was conceived as a serious, comfortable yacht for extended offshore cruising.
She measures 23.6m (77'6") with a 6.03m beam and 2.70m draught, displacing approximately 45 tons with a 14.2-ton lead ballast keel. Power comes from a single 180hp Cummins 6BT-5-9M diesel, delivering a cruising speed of 8-9 knots and a range of approximately 1,200nm. Accommodation is configured for 8 guests across 4 cabins, each with en-suite heads, plus a separate crew cabin, all finished in bright wood throughout a light-filled, semi-raised deck saloon.
Hanno has just emerged from an extensive and meticulously documented refit at Mostes Shipyard (2024/2025), representing a total investment of over €500,000. The scope of works included a full rod rigging replacement with new Reckmann electric furling systems, mast and boom repainting and NDT tested. Complete Cummins engine service, full overhaul of the black/grey water and plumbing systems, watermaker and generator servicing, new navigation electronics and a Starlink satellite installation, plus the addition of a brand-new dinghy and upgraded chiller air-conditioning units.
The result is a yacht that combines CNB's renowned pedigree and Briand-designed sailing performance with comprehensively renewed systems, ready for her next owner to cruise with absolute confidence!

Hanno offers spacious, light-filled accommodation for 8 guests across 4 double cabins, complemented by a dedicated crew cabin — all finished in bright wood throughout. The semi-raised deck saloon midships, with its large surrounding windows and side hull glazing, creates a bright and sociable living space rarely found on a yacht of this style, comfortably seating 8 guests for relaxed cruising.
Hanno's sail and rigging package combines CNB's original high-performance specification all of which has recently been refitted at Mostes Shipyard, covering everything from full replacement of the rod rigging to new electric furling systems and full paint job of mast and boom.
The carbon spars and Navtec hydraulics reflect a yacht built for serious offshore sail handling, while the recent works ensure the entire package is freshly surveyed, serviced, and largely renewed.
Sail handling is fully powered with an all-Harken electric/manual winch package supporting efficient short-handed sailing.
Hanno is powered by a single Cummins 6BT-5-9M diesel paired with an ONAN 17.5kW generator and a hydraulic bow thruster. The engine room received comprehensive attention leaving the yacht's mechanical core freshly serviced and reliable for extended cruising.
Hanno's deck hardware reflects a yacht built for confident handling at sea, with a comprehensive all-Harken winch package, robust stainless steel deck fittings, and a heavy-duty electric windlass, all maintained and fully serviced through the recent refit. The combination of manual and electric winches allows flexible, efficient sail handling whether short-handed or with a full crew.
Hanno's navigation suite was substantially upgraded in 2022, giving her a modern electronics package built around Raymarine instrumentation, satellite communications, and redundant autopilot systems. Entertainment on board is similarly well equipped, with audio and screens spread across the saloon, cabins, and cockpit.
Hanno's galley is fully equipped for extended cruising, located aft of the deck saloon with easy access to both the saloon and the captain's cabin. Quality fittings and generous refrigeration/freezer capacity make her well suited to long-range charters or owner cruising with guests aboard.
Hanno runs on a robust 24V/220V electrical system supported by a substantial battery bank, multiple chargers, and a dedicated inverter, ensuring reliable power on board whether at anchor or underway. Plumbing systems include ample fresh water capacity, a reverse-cycle air conditioning system, and a watermaker for self-sufficient cruising.
Hanno is equipped with a capable tender and outboard package, stowed securely on the foredeck for easy deployment at anchor.
Hanno carries a full complement of safety equipment in line with offshore cruising requirements, including dual liferafts, fixed fire suppression in the engine room, and personal safety gear for all aboard.
Hanno's deck and exterior fittings round out a yacht designed for comfortable guest use both underway and at anchor, with practical touches for boarding, shade, and storage.
