Open, bright and spacious main salon, up 3 easy steps to the pilothouse which houses a large u-shaped galley, a raised cruising/dining settee & table, Port & starboard side deck access doors, open design stairs leading up to the flybridge, a centered pilothouse helm station with Furuno navigational equipment and a STIDD helm chair, then forward and to starboard, stairs take you to the lower deck foyer, going forward leads you to the queen island VIP suite, just aft of it is the guest head & shower, then the guest stateroom that features oversized single bunks, and aft of it is the midships owners suite. The owner's suite offers an island bed, large head with shower and the yachts laundry closet with washer and dryer.
Salon
The salon is accessed via the cockpit through dual aft entry doors which brings you into a bright, warm and inviting living space. Salon features include a port side u-shaped leather upholstered sleeper sofa, cherry wood coffee table, carpeted flooring with runner canvas covers, two rattan chairs with upholstered cushions, large windows with boxed frames and roller style shades, and an entertainment center with Sony TV, Denon stereo system and U-line icemaker.

The spacious VIP stateroom features include a queen island bed with built-in pedestal drawers, custom bedding, cherry wood cabinetry, cedar lined hanging locker, cabinet & drawer storage, VIMAR AC duplexes and light switches, dual skylights with Ocean-Air screen systems, diesel heat and air-conditioning.

The stateroom features include large single stacked berths, beautiful cherry wood bed frames and cabinetry, night tables, valance with indirect lighting, stainless steel portlight with privacy curtain, large, mirrored door storage locker, 120VAC GFCI protected outlet, air-conditioning and heat.
Owner's suite
The owner's suite is located midships, is a very spacious and beautifully appointed room. Features include an island berth with custom mattress & bedding, an abundant amount of both hanging locker and drawer storage, ensuite head with large vanity & stall shower and also houses the yachts utility/laundry closet.

The galley is located in the aft port side of the pilothouse, its u-shaped design offers exceptional food preparation space, along with abundant overhead and undercounter cabinet & drawer storage. Features such as an opening window in front of the sink, quality appliances including a GE refrigerator & freezer, dishwasher, trash compactor, Miele cooktop, microwave oven, and a raised dining/cruising settee, aid in making this a very "feature rich" galley.
Electrical power is provided via the 250/125V/50A shore power system, the dual Northern Lights generators, Magnum inverter/charger and the yachts DC battery system. All power is managed through the AC/DC distribution panels located in the main salon and pilothouse. There are also main DC battery control switches located in the lazarette near the batteries.
Propulsion power for Kolokea is from a pair of Series-60 4-Cycle 700HP Detroit Diesels, that are coupled to DD Allison MG6033 transmissions which provide comfortable cruising speeds of 20 knots with a top of approximately 23+ knots. The engine room is accessed via the aft cockpit; the engine room is finished in a brilliant white color, combine this with exceptional lighting and the space is bright and creates a great space for a service tech to handle annual maintenance services. The engine room also features stand-up headroom, and equipment was installed in a way to offer ease of access to all machinery housed in the space.
"Kolokea" offers three helm control stations; they are located in the pilothouse, flybridge and aft deck. All stations have both start/stop, bow & stern thruster and engine/transmission controls.

The pilothouse offers a centered helm with a STIDD helm chair, port & starboard side deck access doors, open style, curved cherry wood stairs leading to the flybridge and a large L-shaped cruising settee. The helm station itself is designed to offer the helmsperson easy access and viewability of the navigation and engine monitoring equipment.

The flybridge helm features include a centered helm station with dual captain's chairs, port & starboard L-shaped cruising settees and a factory hardtop with a Barrett Enclosures enclosure.

Cockpit helm control
The cockpit control is concealed in the aft port deckhouse bulkhead compartment, you open the door and the control panel swing up into position, and offers start/strop, thruster and engine/transmission controls.
Getting aboard and around "Kolokea" is made very easy thanks in part to the deep swim platform that offers both port & starboard stainless-steel grab handrails, a vertical handrail going across the transom area and the 5X large stainless-steel staples on the aft end of the swim platform. Once on the swim platform you walk through the large transom door into the spacious cockpit deck, then if you want or need to move to the foredeck you have wide non-skid side decks with waist high stainless-steel raining that making it safe moving fore-to-aft on the yacht.
