Having just completed a $2.2MM, 10-month refit, MARBELLA IV presents a rare opportunity to acquire a highly upgraded 109' Sovereign motor yacht that is ready to go today.
Sovereign yachts combine proven WESTPORT hulls with SOVEREIGN’s own signature high- end interior layouts and finishes. MARBELLA IV also benefits from the yacht's previous major refit in 2016 which included new Caterpillar C-18 ACERT engines, new generators and new Atlas power management equipment. She even added three large Seakeeper centrifugal stabilizers in addition to her Naiad fins for an exceptionally stable ride in most any sea conditions.
Over the past 10 months the entire yacht has been completely refurbished to near-new condition both inside and out with a warm contemporary interior by PATURZO DESIGN. Approximately $593K was spent on the interior portion of the refit which features totally new furniture, carpets, headliners, millwork, wallcoverings, soft goods, and artwork throughout.
Additionally, approximately $1.6 million was spent updating the exterior features, mechanical systems, electrical and electronics equipment, plumbing and hydraulic systems. For example, the entire 20-ton A-C system has been completely replaced. All electronics including radar, navigation and communication equipment and FLIR have been completely replaced with the newest Garmin marine equipment. The engines, generators and electrical equipment have all been professionally serviced and upgraded to current standards. Specific detail about both the new and existing equipment is included in the pages that follow. The entire yacht has been outfitted with sophisticated dining and casual enjoyment with friends and family in mind.
Marbella IV’s comfortable on-deck master, plus a large VIP with two additional staterooms below comfortably accommodates eight guests. Her walkaround decks give the crew full access to the boat without passing through the main salon for greater privacy.
Topside is a particularly special area with a large new custom fiberglass top, a large dining table, new teak decking, all new cushions and seating for 10-15 guests . . . or more. Under the radar arch is a 4 or 5 person hot tub and on the aft portion of the deck are new teak lounges and a new gas-operated fire pit that is perfect for casual evenings under the stars. Her articulated swim platform at the stern doubles as both a launching lift for the 14’ Aquascan Jet boat and as a set of easy-to-climb stairs when reboarding after swimming. Guests will love it!
It is only due to a change in the owner’s plans that Marbella IV has become available so soon after wrapping up the current refit. She is indeed in great condition and ready to go today.

Owner's Suite
The full-width on-deck master suite is positioned forward on the main deck and features a true king-size berth, a comfortable private anteroom sitting area with beveled glass doors, extensive storage, custom furnishings, his and hers closets, electric blackout curtains, retracting TV and a luxurious ensuite bath with dual sinks, a large two-person shower, and a separate toilet room with head and bidet.
VIP Suite
A spacious full-beam VIP stateroom is located on the lower deck aft and offers exceptional comfort with a sitting area, a large makeup area, walk-in closet, abundant storage, and an ensuite bath with private toilet room with bidet. Just outside the Suite, in the lower foyer, is a stewardess service area with a 80-bottle wine refrigerator and service counter.
Guest Staterooms
Two additional guest staterooms feature queen berths (one of which is separable into two twin beds), upholstered headboards, custom vanities with full-width illuminated mirrors, large closets and floor to ceiling mirrors on the interior walls and designer window treatments. A small desk provides a place for a computer or makeup accessories.
Crew Accommodations
Separate crew accommodation have been totally updated with new mattresses and bedding to provide comfortable quarters for professional operation. The forward Crew space has the crew dining area and sleeps four in two compartments with ensuite heads. Aft of the engine room is the Captain’s quarters with a full-size berth for two and private head.
Two sets of washers and dryers are located (1) in the forward crew area and (2) in the aft lazarette area.
The main Salon has been extensively redesigned with a new custom, three-person white couch with two matching chairs on swivel bases plus two additional “Leopard Skin” upholstered reading chairs on the aft wall. A 50” LG TV is located along the starboard wall and retracts into the cabinetry below. A contemporary polished stainless and glass coffee table is in front of the couch with a matching stainless and glass side table between the two side chairs. Two additional black fabric upholstered footstools reside below the TV and can easily be moved to accommodate additional seating needs. Two additional smaller stools in the same “Leopard” upholstery stow under the coffee table and are available for use as needed. The high-quality light-colored floor carpeting, updated wall treatments, decorative lighting, along with a few elegant decor pieces give the salon a very stylish comfortable feel. The vaulted ceiling overhead is unique in a vessel of this size and has multi-color indirect lighting which illuminates a subdued trompe l’oeil artistic ceiling design and provides a sense of openness and sophistication to the space. Large doors aft lead to the rear deck and its comfortable, large 8–10-person mahogany dining table.
Forward of the salon and separated by a low wall with hidden plate and glassware storage, is the attractive main dining area with eight custom blue chairs around the large rectangular ¾” tempered glass dining table on strong custom pedestal bases. This room benefits from large windows on both sides that provide abundant natural light. Overhead is a companion vaulted ceiling space to the one in the salon, also with indirect lighting, that very effectively “opens up” the dining area. Forward is a large contemporary oil painting by Hessam Abrishami celebrating people enjoying life together. An overhead glass rack to starboard, above a quartzite bar station, provides easy access to all needed stemware and beverages. Refrigeration and plate storage is found below and in the low wall that divides the dining area from the main salon.

The flybridge has been completely transformed with the current refit and serves as one of the yacht's most impressive entertaining spaces, comfortably accommodating 15 or more guests.

MARBELLA IV is well equipped with up-to-date navigation and communication equipment, much of it new in 2026. The flybridge steering station duplicates most, but not all the key equipment shown for the pilothouse.
The objective when equipping the yacht for service in both the North American and Caribbean waters was to ensure that communications and professional navigation capability (with appropriate backup equipment) was available at all times.
